Desde a primeira hora que a opção foi escolher um hotel que nos garantisse qualidade. Agora que regressei, posso atestar que efetivamente tudo esteve ao mais alto nível. As comodidades impecáveis e funcionais, nível de limpeza SOBERBO, em TODAS as zonas do hotel. O staff sempre mas SEMPRE muito disponíveis e prestáveis. Fantástico. Bom rooftop com piscina, jacuzzi de água quente e bar. Vista para parte da cidade. Pequeno almoço extraordinário, aqui também sempre com todo o staff atento para que não falte nada. Recomendo obviamente.

We arrived very very late but they were waiting for us at check in and were quick, helpful and very friendly Clock in the room does not work. Lights on vanity mirror and lights on large bathroom mirror do not work. Balcony glass should be cleaned properly as much of debris there is from construction of bldg. Disappointing when trying to see the city skyline through splatters on glass and stickers.

Great room! Living room, 2 bathrooms, and a big king bed in the king suite. They gave us 4 complimentary bottles of water as well! The breakfast is open 630 to 1030 and has tons of options changing every day. Close walking distance to the must see Souk Waqif! Nothing to complain about truly.

Notre séjour à Doha a été magnifié par nos 3 nuits à l'Embassy Suites. Nous avons été très bien accueillis d'autant plus que nous avons été surclassés en suite junior au 13eme étage. Les lits sont hyper confortables le personnage aux petits soins. Le buffet petit déjeuner très bien, et mention spéciale au snack de 17h offert par l'hôtel. Excellente adresse très bien située à 15 minutes à pied du souk Al Wakif, 20 minutes à pied du musée national et une demie heure du musée de l'art islamique

The hotel was good and nicely located. However, many things in our room were broken and we had to keep on calling the service desk to come and repair. As an example, one of the wardrobe doors was broken and we could not really use the space. Also, we were given a connected room to another room where we could hear everything, including children screaming every morning.

The hotel was really nice, we had a great suite. The staff was really friendly and everything went well on site. The only problem was that I had booked the room through Hotels.com so when I tried to let them know that we would arrive after midnight it was difficult. I tried to do it through chat and email without success, the only way was to call but even then they couldn't make changes to the reservation because the reservation number was different from the hotel's. I waited on the phone for a long time as they repeatedly connected me to a Hotels.com customer service representative but no one answered. In the end I should have continued calling myself, but I gave up and hoped that there would still be a room for us when we arrived. The call cost 52€ and the matter was not even taken care of. The hotel staff were really friendly even though they had no information about the late check-in and we got the room. I would gladly recommend the hotel to others!

Highly recommend!!
I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location in the Old Doha. 16 minute walk to the Doha National Museum and 15 minutes drive to airport. We arrived early and they got us into room above 11am instead of 2pm. The bed and pillows were super. Buffet breakfast was very good plus they have snacks and beverages at 5pm.

A really nice hotel a few minutes walk from Souq Waqif. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool on the room with great views across the corniche to the Doha downtown skyline. I arrived at 1am and received a very friendly and efficient welcome, same when I left at 5.30am. The breakfast is superb, a really nice mix of fresh fruit, bakery, cooked foods. All the staff were super friendly from the reception, breakfast, valet and cleaning. The room was a double bedroom with a nice bathroom, plus a separate lounge area, both rooms had a TV, plus a seperate toilet in addition to the one in the bathroom. The room was very well appointed, nice modern fittings, everytime I thought 'I need to plug in my phone etc' where I was looking there was a plug, each side of the double bed had electrical sockets and USB sockets - high standard of fittings in the room. I'm a very frequent traveller and I couldn't find an improvement to suggest for this hotel.

I was there For one day clean hotel, Nice vieuw from top. You can go with Uber to Soukh. Room was clean and spacious. You can semi from rooftop and You Will the skyline . Yeah i recommand this hotel. Thank u Hilton

Had to wait an hour to check in but it was resolved quickly. The hotel is a bit old and our room needed renovations, especially the main bathroom and the couch was a little uncomfortable. We found hair on the floor multiple times which wasn’t very good. Overall the staff were very welcoming and accommodating and made the stay better, especially the guy who opened our car door every time we arrived back for to the hotel and greeted us nicely.
