La peor noche de mi vida en un alojamiento
Nos dieron una habitacion en ruinas y miniscula, las fotos de la web parecen sacadas de otro alojamiento, los enchufes no funcionabas, la pared rajada, la ventana no cerraba bien por fuera,colchones, sabanas y habitacion de hace 20 años, mal olor, baño sucio viejo y sin papel ni nada, no señal de wifi, reservamos cama doble y nos dieron dos pequeñas. Lo peor fue el servicio de Hotels.com no nos realojo en otro hotel, se negaron a pagar suplemento por realojarnos ya que todos lo hoteles eran mas caros. Ni si quiera pidieron fotos de la habitacion para verificar lo que deciamos, gracias a Hotels.com pasamos la peor noche de nuestra vida en un alojamiento y muertos de frio ya que tampoco habia calefaccion El alojamiento nos hizo un ridiculo 50% de descuento, cuando eso que nos dieron no sirve ni de trastero.Nunca mas con Hotels.com

THe unique thing about this property was that you had to get buzzed in to enter, the room was big for European standards, and its location. However, there was no blow dryer, t.v., phone, hot or even warm water, and the pillow had strands of hair. Also, it was bothersome that you could possibly get locked in the room from the outside as there was no un/lock feature other than with a key used to open the door (but that seems to be common in Italy). Best recommended for dudes that need a very simple place to crash.

괜찮음
좁지만 나름 깨끗했어요. 공동욕실은 오전에 청소를 해서 그래도 나름 청결을 유지하고 있었고, 위치도 좋았어요. 아쉬운점은 전자레인지나 전기포트가 없다는 사실.. 그래도 나름 만족하는 숙소였습니다.

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte di Pasqua. Avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale con bagno in comune ed invece con piacere ci hanno assegnato una con bagno in camera. Letti comod,i aria condizionata perfetta, .affaccio interno senza rumori. Pulizia e cortesia. Situato in pieno centro. Vicno alla stazione SMN 10MIN a piedi . Adiacente al Duomo e al mercato. Reception 24h. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Location only!!
We arrived at the evening and the staff was nice. We were upgraded to a room with a private bathroom wich was nice. The room was pretty clean, with some dead mosquitoes on the walls but for the price of the room it was fine. The bathroom had a really old smell . Have to say that the best thing was the location!!! We left our luggages half a day at the fromt desk and when we went to pick them up i wanted to use the toilet one last time befor the train and i wasn't allowed too!!! They said that it was for guests only and we areafy checked out so we are not guests.

Grande déception
Très déçu de cette "hotel". Les chambres sont situé dans un bâtiment résidentiel mélangé avec des appartements. La chambre était minuscule et mon compagnon et moi avons eu des lits séparés. Donc vraiment pas top pour notre week-end romantique ! La salle de bain était commune ce qui n'était pas spécifié lors de ma réservation ! Le personnel était cependant très gentil et serviable et nous a beaucoup aidé dans l'organisation de nos visites.

El hotel se paga por la zona en la que está. Cuando llegamos teniamos reservada una habitación con baño privado, cosa que remarqué muchísimo en la reserva e incluso les envié un mail de confirmación al hotel, y cuando llego me dicen que se han equivocado "casualmemte" y que la primera noche de tres tenía que ser baño con habitación compartido o sino me tenían que reubicar en otro hotel más lejos. Finalmente accedimos porque el hotel era básicamente para ducharnos y dormir y la zona era buenísima. La habitación era de lo más viejo que he visto, aunque el mobiliario si era más nuevo. El baño viejísimo con la ducha sin plato, directamente en el suelo del baño, eso sí todo limpio y daba a un patio interior. No hay wi-fi en la habitación, sólo en la recepción y hasta las 00.00 porque el recepcionista se va. El desayuno no lo cogimos pero tenía una pinta horrible, no merece la pena habiendo buenos cafés al lado. Sólo merece la pena la zona y si sólo usáis el hotel para dormir.
