Good for a stopping place on a trip.
No frills hotel. Looks a bit run down outside, room was a bit dated, but it was clean and was within walking distance of pretty much the only business in Eads (Dollar General). Easy parking if you're pulling a trailer though.

Bed bugs!! My son woke 1.5 hours into stay COVERED in bite marks. We pulled back the blankets to find MULTIPLE BED BUGS! The guy who checked us in was moaning from a back room, but didn't come up to the bell ringing. We left upon packing up our stuff in trash bags, as quickly as possible. Absolutely disgusting. SHOULD NOT BE ON EXPEDIA!

Expedia needs to omit this property from their website. It gives them a bad name. After surveying the office, property, and people hanging around there was NO WAY we were staying there. Filthy. Didn't feel safe. Only good thing was that the mgr refunded my money.

We got exactly our $60 worth. The owner was excellent- kind and helpful. The room in general looked old and tired. The carpet was stained and torn. But the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The shower was hot. We would expect no more for that bargain price. If you expect more for $60 then this is not your hotel. If you want a comfortable bed and clean bathroom, then this is a steal.

I don't recommend it!
Very old building, run down and had a terrible smell, the front desk guy was extremely nice, the bed was very comfortable, but I would not stay again, all of the reviews on their site must be helpful family members because it's a complete lie!

Convenient in a very small town near an important Nat Park site. Very good local restaurant right across driveway. Pretty well used. Very courteous staff.

A Decent Place In A Pinch
This hotel is definitely showing its age. The bathroom fixtures were very stained. But the AC worked well. It was very loud, too, but it provided white noise. The beds were firm but clean. Check in was easy and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We stopped after a long day of travel and this place was halfway home. The price was very fair . The cafe on the other side of the parking lot was very good. We had a great breakfast. Not sure we would stay again but we were glad for a place to rest.
