If you have to travel just dont take room in this hotel because its the worst hotel i ever stayed. The bed not a queen size bit 1 person your sleep table is just a small fridge on top of microwave... the cleaning is just awful everything is dirty smell bad . We have room for 4 peoples we have to share 1 towel cause they dont have any clean .. its just unbelievable we paid for that crap .so just pass your way and dont stop there :((((

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
THIS WAS BY FAR THE NASTIEST MOST UNKEPT PROPERLY I HAVE EVER SEEN UPON ARRIVAL WAITED A GOOD 20 -25 MINUTES FOR CHECK IN EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ALREADY PAID ONLINE. ONCE WE HAD THE KEY WE PROCEEDED TO OUR ROOM..THE OVERTURNED SHOPPING CART IN FRONT OF THE DOOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN OUR 1ST CLUE...OPENING THE DOOR..NO BEDDNG ON THE BEDS AND THE ENTIRE ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH BUGS!!! THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION WE CHECKED BACK OUT AFTER I SHOWED THE DESK CLERK PICTURES OF THE BED AND BUG INFESTED ROOM. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. WITHOUT A DOUBT I'M SURE DOG KENNELS ARE CLEANER THAN THIS PLACE.

Lugar sofrível
Quarto horrível. O chão era tão sujo que se andasse descalço ficava toda preta a sola do pé. Paredes descascadas quebradas e com pontos de mofo. O cheiro do quarto era insuportável. O ar condicionado deve ter uns 20 anos de uso e sem nenhuma manutenção. Dava pra ver o mofo dentro dele, além de ser extremamente barulhento. Foi o pior hotel que já fiquei na minha vida

Don’t recommend staying until renovations happen
This hotel is in serious need of renovation. We could see daylight all around our door and it was duct tape around the edges. Graffiti on the door. Garbage under the cabinets. Shower had long black hair. Woodwork was missing, scuffed or dirty. We left.

Check in took a little long but not too bad, bathroom toilet was clogged and flooded the floor, woke up to a dead roach on the wall trim and Randy the roided roach on a bed, told the front desk and they said it wasn’t a roach but a palmetto bug which is a roach, hole in bathroom door, main door deadbolt broke, paint peeling, definitely NOT worth $100 a night plus a $100 deposit

One of the worst stats of my life.
My stay at this motel was unacceptable due to numerous safety, cleanliness, and maintenance issues. My key card didn’t work for three days because the lock battery was dead. Management was polite but unable to resolve it, leaving me to rely on staff to unlock my room each time. I had to leave the door unlocked whenever I went out, which felt incredibly unsafe, especially since the deadbolt didn’t work, there was no safety latch, and a large gap under the door let in cold air and noise all night. The room reeked of smoke, and the smoke detector had been taped over, a serious safety hazard. The bed had no sheets, only a thin blanket, and the towels provided were limited to two stained hand towels, with no full-sized towels available. There was no garbage can in the room, and housekeeping was unavailable despite requests on the two designated days. The bathroom was in disrepair, with a leaking toilet, an exposed power socket, and poor lighting—flies were trapped in fixtures, and one lamp strobed constantly. The ceiling light was stained with mold or water damage, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was minimal, offering only bread and spreads, with no juice or variety. While some staff were friendly, the overall neglect of safety, cleanliness, and basic amenities made this an untrustworthy and uncomfortable experience. Significant improvements are needed before this property can meet even the most basic expectations.

Pésima experiencia!
Terrible experiencia: 1. Llegando piden un depósito en efectivo de 100 dólares que jamás mencionan al momento de reservar. 2. La habitación no disponía de luz, pedimos ayuda pero nos dijeron que las bombillas de las lámparas tardaban en llegar así que no hubo solución. 3. El aseo de la habitación realmente pésimo ya que no estaba limpia del todo cuando llegamos y jamás nos hicieron limpieza en una semana de estadía. 4. Las toallas que te entregan realmente son muy viejas y pequeñas! Pésimo. 5. El desayuno que te ofrecen es una mentira ya que jamás pudimos ni siquiera tomar café porque las máquinas estaban dañadas y además lo que ofrecen es una tostada y si no madrugas se acaba. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

Worst Hotel Ever
Room was disgusting. Mold on bathroom walls. Sheets were terrible. My luggage became wet sitting on floor. I did not sleep. Was told they didn't have another room by desk clerk. (When I arrived I had to wait wait 30 minutes just for someone to show up at the desk) Look at pictures. When I canceled the rest of the trip then they offered a different room. Maybe a little bit of magic but probably not. Never received a promised refund

A nightmare !
Since the front desk the experience was terrible, I had to wait 14 minutes while the attendant was smoking outside! The room has many cockroaches and the bathroom was dirty with woman’s periods blood. The floor was really greasy and dirty! Never again even for free! And my 100 dólares that was on hold never came back even after 3 phone calls with the front desk !

The worst place I have ever stayed. Unsafe, dirty in all the rooms (they changed my room 3 times) infested with cockroaches. This place should be closed. I asked for my money back because the place does not look anything like the photos on the hotels.com website, but since I had already checked in they didn't let me. This is ridiculous... how are you going to know if the place is horrible, dirty and has insects if you don't see the room... and they don't let you see the room if you don't check in... totally ripped off. DO NOT COME to this place.
