A great find!
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property, from March 2 - 6, 2025. We enjoyed our king room with full ocean view, terrace, and kitchen. The beach offers free lounge chairs with umbrella and there is a cute beach bar a short walk away, also restrooms located there. Highly recommend!

Gem on the Gulf of America!
Location Location Location!! On the Gulf of America, pristine beach with Towels, Beach Chair and umbrella service. Valet included, in and out privileges. Suites are well Appointed, Clean and Spacious. Well worth the Money. I will Stay Again for sure. Ask for a High Floor, pool is on 5 so views start at 6 and up. I was on 12, views were spectacular not to Mention the Amazing Sunset’s!!

Location is great but not a full service property
Very convenient being on the beach. Nice pool area, with heated pool. Great view from the room (2 bedroom suite, ocean view) Excellent valet service for the car. Easy parking and in and out. The rest of the services are pretty limited. Cleaning staff didn’t really clean the room when asked for cleaning service. No vacuuming and sort of made the bed. The kitchen in the room is limited- has stove and coffee maker. Included 10 k-cups for coffee in the morning. No salt/pepper/wine opener or other fairly basic kitchen amenities. The property doesn’t have breakfast or real lunch spot. Have to rely on nearby restaurants/hotels. No water or other pantry items to buy on the property. Sale e Pepe is on the property- fabulous dinner spot (dressy in the main dining room, more casual but no beach wear on the deck).

The valet TK was so friendly and helpful. He gave us restaurant recommendations and was very warm and kind. The room was comfortable with a nice view. The only issue was 2/3 mornings while we were enjoys the balcony the landscaper were power washing and weed whacking which made it a bit unpleasant to sit outside. The beach was a close walk with chairs and umbrellas provided. It’s a great place for a weekend get away. We would definitely stay there in the future.

Ehhhhhh this place was an outdated, desolate dump. ALL staff was very helpful and friendly though. Esp the valet guys. Only good thing was how close it was to the beach. Our patio was rendered useless because of a disgusting bug that swarmed the island. Our back patio in particular was so covered we couldn’t even go out there. Other areas right near our area wasn’t even close to as covered with the bugs. So not sure why ours was so bad. Even had them on the living room table we noticed towards the end of our trip and millions were in the track of the patio door. And no offense, but who has dark ugly carpeting and decor in a beach complex? Esp an expensive bougie area like Marco Island. My husband said it looked like the hotel in the Shining. Bedrooms and bathrooms were mediocre. Shower in master was the tiniest shower we ever saw and quite a few hairs in both bathrooms when we checked in. This place needs completely remodeled and I can’t believe the amount of $ we spent on it.I think that’s what bothered me the most. This place 1000% needs to be gutted. Could be amazing because of the wonderful location to beach and restaurant/shops. I would not recommend this place at all and I feel very sad and sorry to say it but I just needed to be honest.

Behöver förbättra servicen och städning varje dag.
Incheckningen var kl. 16.00 och vi var tidiga så vi gick till baren och åt lunch. Receptionisten lovade ringa oss när rummet var klart. Klockan 16.00 hade ingen fortfarande ringt så vi gick till receptionen där en ny receptionist hade ersatt den tidigare. Vi fick vänta ytterligare 20 minuter för att få ett rum. Vid ett tillfälle kontaktade vi reception och två olika städerskor för att få påfyllning på kaffe. Det fick vi efter 3 timmar. Städning måste beställas före kl 08.00, annars städas inte rummet. Trevligt hotell nära stranden men servicen levde inte upp till vad vi förväntade oss.

The property is small, quiet and has a good location to restaurants on south end of the island. The elevators are being replaced so they took sometime to get. It was perfect for our short stay at the beach.
