A lot of positives. Our accommodation was a bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and small kitchen area with 2 hot rings and a fridge. More like a small apartment then a B&B. It was on the ground floor. Like many places we've stayed in in Italy these rooms are designed to stay cool in the summer. The downside is all rooms were very dark. We were expecting to eat in our room, (the terrace is only available in the summer) but very disappointed that we needed the lights on at all times.It made it quite depressing to be indoors.If your stay is only a day or two and you plan on being out from breakfast until after dark then this would not be a problem.
The area is very quiet and there is little noise in the rooms.
Breakfast was limited even by continental standards (we bought our own juice, bread, etc, which is fine by us but we were surprised there was no fruit/cheese/ham). We did ask for a coffee maker (Moka)on the first day but that did not arrive There was no toilet paper. We had to ask for the internet to be reset. The next day there was no heating or hot water, the day after we were woken at 7AM with a request for access to our room where the heating controls were as it was off again.
We saw very little of our hosts other than to deliver breakfast or when we had to ask for things above. They did seem very nice and friendly when we did see them, if just a shame small things were let it down.
