Almost perfect...
This hotel is clean, huge and looks brand new. A very special Thank You! To Valerie, Erica, Angela, Sue, Danielle & Fatima for making our stay extra welcoming. There are cons & pros to this hotel, fortunately the pros outweighs the cons:
Cons:
1-No clock in room.
2-Netflix & Youtube are the only streaming service; no Disney+, no Hulu, et al.
3-Unable to cast/connect your laptop, phone, or any device to watch other streaming services from the laptop and/or phone.
4-Connecting a laptop via HDMI is not possible, which means one can't watch favorite streaming services or videos from laptop.
5-Sunday morning, the bedroom TV started glitching out. The screen froze on an ad and got all greenish and blinking constantly. We let the concierge know, we left for the day and upon arriving late evening we found out that nothing was done about it.
6-The sliding closet door goes off-track and makes it difficult to close.
7-The "digital key" never worked during our stay.
8-No Electric Vehicle charging stations.
Pros:
1-Spacious room.
2-Very clean room & bathroom.
3-The bathroom has plenty of room.
4-Full kitchen.
5-Two large smart TVs with Netflix, Youtube, and SiriusXM.
6-Super comfortable bed.
7-The Heating and AC is controllable in the room.
8-Closet space is adequate with plenty of hangers.
9-Hot & delicious breakfast, variety of items every day
10-The hotel staff is very helpful, accommodating, and super nice.
11-The pool is heated and kept very clean.
12-Well equipped gym.
