This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel recently. The spa facility is excellent. Swimming pool, two hot tubs, an open to the sky Jacuzzi, two foot spa things, steam room The pool is a bit small comparative to the other facilities but okay. Spa facilities included in your stay during the hours 1730 to 2030 and 0700 to 0900. Outside these times it's an additional charge. Breakfast is a buffet style with full English along other options and is good. If you want a relatively inexpensive spa weekend with good facilities then this hotel ticks the boxes. I recommend.

Only stayed for the night, but it was clean and quiet and functional. Rooms were a little tired decor wise if you are concerned about having the best appearance. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bar and food prices a little on the higher side. Didn't check the pool facilities as you only have a limited time where they are free to guests. No noise from the motorway which is in close location.

Staff and parking was fine. Room ok, bed awful, 3 sleepless nights. Lots of cobwebs in bathroom. Breakfast which we paid a lot for was overpriced. Cold bacon and eggs, mushrooms cold and rubbery. Orangejuice was just watery. Wish I did not bother with breakfast at all due to not worth the price. Sadly I paid for 3 days for 2 people, so £90 in total for just that. Lots of noice from pool at the evening.

Room I stayed in was a little tired and was in need of a little TLC. It had everything you needed in it was fine for my short stay. Hotel was easy to find off the motorway and was set in a nice peaceful location.

Clean and spacious room , nice breakfast
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Clear investment in the restaurant area. Rooms could do with a refresh though. Beds comfortable and large and a 2 seat sofa rather than a chair was a nice touch. TV in my room was broken, only there for one night so didn't mention to reception as it wasn't a necessity. Reception lady was really friendly and very welcoming. Bar staff too. Grounds looked nice also.
