Cliff Notes: Not recommended for families. Excellent service by the staff, but the facilities are poor.
Long Story: We were a family of 4 and booked two connecting rooms since a family suite was unavailable. We were picked up in a small Skoda Sedan from Casablanca, despite informing the host about our luggage. The 2.5 hour ride to Marrakesh was uncomfortable with cabin bags and backpacks in our laps. The host said this was par for the course, and so I would warn you from accepting transport service from them!
Riad Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast is good, although becomes repetitive after a couple of days. Location is good as well, as it is close to some of the Souks.
Riad Cons: TERRIBLE Uncomfortable beds (A Queen is two twins joined) - So, you will be sleeping over an uncomfortable crease line, where the beds join. I still am suffering from a shoulder pain that was caused by this crease line. Poor cleanliness of silverware, narrow and steep stairways, and low-quality toiletries are other issues with the Riad.
Overall: I would not stay here again. Look for alternatives if you can!
