DID NOT FEEL SAFE.
This is the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. As soon as you walk in the door you DO NOT FEEL WELCOME. False advertisement. Our room was suppose to have a PRIVATE spa tub, when I called downstairs the front desk person said she would talk to her manager. The answer was I booked through a third party ( made no sense at all) When I went down to take the baggage cart back, the manager was at the desk. I told him I was from room 210 he was very aggressive. Told me he wanted to see the reservation. I told him it was on my phone upstairs and he yelled at me to go get it. I went back to the room and told my husband to get the website up that gives the room description. We went back down and showed it to the manager who was very rude and aggressive with us. He said the PRIVATE spa tub that was advertised ( under room description) was the spa tub in the pool area because this was a private property so the spa tub was private in the pool area. We felt very uncomfortable and intimidated by this man. We had book for 2 nights and ended up getting a different room at the Quality Inn on Laclie Street. That is the place to be. It has been 4 days and we still have not got our deposit back. They do not know what customer or guest service is. if the girl behind the desk had smiled I think she would have cracked. DO NOT STAY HERE. WE FELT UNSAFE
