We stayed here before, so knew roughly what to expect. However, on arrival in the room, there was a smell of urine (which either dissipated during the stay, are we just got used to it). We registered as two people, but they only left us one bath towel and no hand towels or washcloths. I called the helpline to complain about the towels, and to their credit, they did leave us two more towels the next day, but they also left the room unlocked!!! (The automatically locking door was flaky, and we found we had to be very careful to assure that it was locked before leaving the room.) I used one of the common toilets, and it was a little cloudy before using it, and afterwards, I found it is not flushing properly. There was a plunger there, and I tried three times to get to plunge, to no avail. That took a couple days before they resolved it. Also, somebody had colored their hair and left a mess in one of the common sinks. That took 2 days to be cleaned up. And lastly, they did not have any decaf coffee.
All in all, not a pleasant stay. Even though we are cost conscious, and it is the cheapest place to stay in Eugene, we will not be staying there again!!
