There are few major and minor issues that were either completely resolved or lingering.
Major:
1. The water in the shower is freezing after 3rd person finished showering. We were unable to wash at all for the remaining of the people (4 remaining). The maintenance team did reach back but advised that's how the water tank is and was unfortunately not able to do anything.
Minor:
2. Free WiFi does not work per the given direction. We have to use our own data on the 1st day. The management team provided a password which did not work either on the 1st day. The maintenance team came on the 2nd day to fix it.
3. Power is not available on few wall receptacles. We had to make do with the available locations. The maintenance team came on the 2nd late evening and fixed them. A side note that the gentleman who came seemed to have drug smell which affected our kids.
4. The slide doors to the 1st and 2nd floors are with defects.
5. Main door access code given did not work. We had to call and wait outdoor with prety cold weather. The management team had to provide an alternative code for us to access.
6. The shower in the master was leaking.
