Stop Over in Istanbul

The room was clean. It was small, but the room I stayed in had no windows, and I am claustrophobic. There is no panel to control the heat, so during the night it was unbearably hot and no way to turn the heat down. We could not sleep. There was construction next and we could hear jack hammering until 10 pm at night. Location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Hagi Sophia.

was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. The place was very clean, and the location was perfect. Although we had a rental car, we didn’t use it much because the hotel was close to all the main historical attractions, including famous mosques, markets, and bazaars. If you want to visit other areas like Taksim, it’s only a 15-minute drive. The area was lively and full of tourists. A small tip: avoid the restaurants very close to the hotel, as many of them seemed to overcharge tourists.

the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a enjoyable stay. They gifted us Turkish coffee, tea, and were available for any need.The rooms were clean and we felt comfortable. It was close to major attractions and walkable to the metro. We would 100 percent stay again, their hospitality was a 11/10!

Hotel molto piccolo ma tenuto in modo impeccabile. Pulizia top . Le camere sono veramente piccole ( 13 mq) considerati gli standard europei ma sono arredate veramente bene . Il personale ci tiene molto a soddisfare i propri ospiti. Non abbiamo provato la colazione in quanto preferivamo uscire la mattina presto. This is a difficult review to write. Mitspark is a lovely small hotel. This was my first time in Istanbul. For convenience, I chose to have the hotel book my ride from and to the airport even though it cost more than a cab. When I left the hotel on the night of my departure at 11:30pm for the airport, I dozed in the back and jumped out when we arrived. Then I discovered that the driver had taken me to the wrong airport! By the time I got to the right one, my flight had left and I was charged $2000.00 to get on the same flight 24 hours later. The hotel dealt with the car company but there has been no resolution for several weeks even though I have sent complete documentation of the charge. I feel it was the hotel's responsibility to reimburse me since they arranged the transportation.

Good location very close to tourist destinations. Staff was excellent. They took care of us very well. You won’t believe the service. The hotel is a small boutique hotel. The building is only a few months old and very modern. The quarters are a little smaller than Americans are used to. The staff stored our luggage as there wasn’t room for it in the room. They made reservations for us to take numerous tours. There’s a very good locals restaurant next door and dozens of restaurants within a 2-3 block radius. It’s only 3 blocks to the Blue Mosque.

Muy bien ubicado, rodeado de restaurantes que cierran a altas horas por lo que el llegar tarde fue algo que apreciamos por que había opciones. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero el personal es muy amable.

Hotel management is so kind and hospitable. They made our stay completely amazing. Honestly, the room is on the small side, but even for that it is designed with innovative storage to not feel completely cramped. Loved the view of the water from the roof deck.

This property us in the old Sultanahamet area. It a small intimate hotel with cozy clean rooms which are standard in this area. The location is fabulous for exploring the city. We walked everywhere safety. Mert the manager and other staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommend this hotel.
