The picture angles online made it seem bigger than it was, that said, for one person, for a single night, it was perfect. Two people would have been cramped in the double bed. While I enjoyed the space and it perfectly suited my needs, it was at the absolute value limit of what I could have been able to justify spending.

The place was amazing. We arrived late in the evening and were able to message the owners to get access to the massive kitchen in order to cook our dinner, which saved us money and time. The room was very modern and clean, with a full fridge, small freezer, and utensils to eat with. My only complaint is that we could hear our neighbours clearly, but they quieted down around midnight. The next morning, either people cleaning or other travellers were being extremely loud outside our room, to the point it woke both of us up a few hours before the checkout time. Having someone on site to monitor noise levels or improving the noise insulation would be great next steps.

Very clean and instructions to get in were clear. The key entry seized and we were locked out of our room in the morning after breakfast. We could not get a response from management. Fortunately there was a cleaning staff on site who we happened to see and she helped us. Room was well set up and the common areas were convenient and clean.

Clean and confortable room, nice window, confortable matress. Nice services like an access to a kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, airfryer etc to cook a meal. Laundry room with detergent was available. Only the walls are not soundproof enough, we can hear noises from other rooms

Rapport qualité/ prix difficile à battre (au 23 août 2026). Chambre spacieuse et tranquille avec un grand balcon privé. Vue sur des arbres (fleuve à peine visible). Pas de lampe de chevet donc si un des deux veut dormir, on a un problème. Propreté parfaite. Matelas confortable. Il y avait un salon, cuisine et salle à manger partagés. Un plus! L'arrivée se fait de façon autonome avec des codes d'accès. Le petit centre-ville est à quelques minutes en auto. Presque tout est fermé le dimanche soir. Mais le bar restaurant l'Estaminet était ouvert. Et probablement les fast-food de la ville (on n'a pas vérifié. On est très satisfaits.

Très propre, bien situé, avec belle commodité pour un séjour plus long, frigidaire, vaisselles dans la chambre, cuisine, buandrie, … par contre pour notre besoin qui était d’avoir seulement une chambre propre pour dormir et se laver, c’était cher un peu…. Pas de piscine ou vu sur mer qui aurait pu justifier le prix.

My 12‑year‑old son and I stayed for a night at this place, and we loved it. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The in‑unit microwave and fridge were very handy, and the shared full kitchen and laundry were a great bonus. We were amazed by the beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River right from the unit. If the sky hadn’t been cloudy, we would have enjoyed some stargazing too. Thank you — we look forward to staying here again.

Pleasant accommodations.. on the small size, but everything you needed in a nicely thought out compacted room… nice common area to sit and eat and laundry services, a bonus. We would definitely make another stop there, the location was perfect.
