We got there an no hot water. We tried to call front desk phone didn’t work. Walked down to front desk clerk lied and said a breaker on hot water heater had flipped off and should have hot water in 30 minutes. 3 hours later no hot water next morning still no hot water. Finally the new lady at front desk said a part on hot water heater had quit working and they were waiting on parts. I know it said pet friendly but room next door had 3 barking dogs who whined and barked most of the night.I will never stay here again . I told the lady the night shift lady could had been honest from sign in and we would have made other plans. The next morning I ask them if we get a discount for no hot water and she said because I prepaid I didn’t. So let me get this right because I prepaid I get penalized?? What a joke
