Very nice, comfortable, and quite motel. Heat was not working in the room we booked, and they immediately moved us to a bigger, nicer room. Highly recommend this place for a night or two stay.

Comfortable and convenient

We booked this stay on a spur of the moment wandering vacation. It was convenient, clean and the host was very responsive to us after hours. It is within walking distance to the main part of town, with sidewalks. We enjoyed the quick overnight as we made our way to hiking nearby the next morning. Would stay again should we be in the area.

Extremely clean room with comfortable beds. Check in being all by phone without calling made it super simple to book and easy to get access to the room. Enough space to store ski gear, even in the smaller rooms. Unlike most hotels, TV was not crappy, internet was fast enough (80MB+ from testing), HVAC system was quiet but powerful. Being so close to a main road, road noise can be noticeable during the afternoon but little to none during late night hours. At the price point, I don't see myself staying anywhere else during the ski season up here.

The room was cute, clean and very easy process from booking to staying and leaving. Only complaint can be that the walls are thin and you can here people above and next to you. Also, stay on the second floor so no one is above you. Had the person above us doing laps in the room from 6am-7am.

We booked this room last minute during a busy weekend. I Was sent a code prior to check in for room so we didn’t have to stop anywhere first. Room was clean and.newly updated. Updates reflected the area. Bed was very comfortable. Very pleasant experience.

The parking for Fall Fest was ridiculous. I had to park on the street as there was no parking. I paid almost 600 dollars for one night and I didn’t even have a spot to park my vehicle. This was a direct result of not having any parking attendant or sign or anything like that preventing non-paying customers from parking there. I wouldn't stay there again on fall fest week because of this, but other then that it was great!

If you're on the fence about staying here, just do it! Spend your time in this beautiful locally- owned unique boutique motel, with windows that open to lovely breezes, easy sitting areas outside, and delicious food offerings right next door at Pour, who also offer a unique 'scan as you go' beer wall option so you can sip on a plethera of beers right on tap at your convenience! For dinner, I had the flatbread with fresh mushrooms, sautéed onions and mozzarella. It was very good! Lunch was my IPA of choice. Very comfy bed with soft linens and ample pillows. Excellent water pressure, and thoughtfully placed handmade live shelving throughout each room. Staff is amazing and very welcoming! Then head downtown to Kelly's for breakfast, and enjoy the local shops in town. You just can't go wrong! Loved my whole experience and will be going back! Thank you to the family team who brought this gem back to life!

100 yard walk or less across the street to the Sunrise Quad where there was virtually no lift line. You can get your RF card in the lobby of the Inn at Holiday Valley across the street as well as pick up pre-packaged food/toiletries.
