A really well located hotel, a few minutes walk from the team and surrounded by buses.
We received a warm welcome from the older guy at reception. Super friendly and helpful, which was a lovely welcome. He was amazing from start to finish. I'm sorry I don't remember his name.
The room (303) was a fair size for the centre of Istanbul and the shower was amazing; Nice and powerful!
The housekeeper was also very friendly and did a wonderful job.
The only thing I could say regarding improvements, would be to address small maintenance issues like the smell of the bathroom drains, the balcony door not quite locking fully, the shower seal being deformed in the corner, so the water could escape, the bathroom mirror being incorrectly fitted so the tap bangs on it when you open it fully and the lack of sealant on the base of the sink, so water gets past it and also allows the sink to rotate.
These are not major issues and its a clean, good value for money hotel.
The breakfast offering was plentiful and tasty.
Would be happy to stay again and recommend.
