A Disappointing Experience - Needs Significant Management Attention and Facility Upgrades
Of the several hotels utilized during our recent ten-day tour of Egypt, this establishment was, unfortunately, the most unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend it in its current state.
Our stay began with a problematic check-in process, followed by our initial room presenting an unmistakable and persistent sewage odor in the bathroom. The proposed "upgrade" solution quickly proved to be a temporary measure, valid for only one night. We were informed we would have to move our belongings again the following morning or pay a nightly premium to remain in the upgraded accommodation, which reflected poorly on the hotel's operational transparency.
Furthermore, fundamental amenities were inadequate. The Wi-Fi connectivity was extremely unstable and essentially unusable throughout our stay, forcing us to rely on the hospitality of an adjacent hotel for necessary communications. The hot water system was also unreliable, requiring the use of a precarious, flimsy switch to operate intermittently.
Overall, the facility is in dire need of modernization and a complete overhaul of its management and operational standards. Until significant improvements are made, prospective guests should exercise caution.
