I checked in after 2:00 p.m., which was already past the official check-in time. However, the staff member who handled my check-in didn’t seem very professional. He first asked me to wait while he finished something else, and then when he showed me to my room and found that it hadn’t been cleaned yet. He asked me to wait another 20 minutes. I understand that sometimes rooms may not be ready, but I felt his attitude was a bit impatient, as if he wasn’t very interested in his job.
However, I want to highlight the excellent service I received later that night. I had a noise issue and a female staff member from the night shift came to help. She was extremely professional, kind, and handled the situation very well. Thanks to her, the problem was resolved quickly, and I was finally able to rest. I didn’t get her name, but I really appreciate her help — without her, I probably wouldn’t have been able to sleep at all that night
