We stayed for 3 nights around NYE 25-26 in Room 303 (1 brm comfort apartment). The “YourKey” app allowed us to access our apartment from 2:30pm which was a great bonus as we arrived early for check-in. The app also provided easy access to the building and apartment without having to dig out a code each time. The apartment itself was very clean, relatively spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. It was nice having a living room seperate from the bedroom. Everything seemed very new and in good condition. The only minor problems we experienced were the indicator light on the wifi access point (a large bright blue ring light) which lit the entire bedroom - we had to cover this to make the room dark enough to sleep. We also found the air-conditioning units quite noisy and even if you turned them off - they made a constant gurgling noise. Despite these minor issues, I’d recommend this accommodation and would stay again in future.

We booked the Apt. room and it exceeded expectations. Loaction was perfect with a short walk to the Old Town Square and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Apt. had everything we needed. Large bedroom with lots of storage and a comfortable king size bed. Had a separate living area with couch, chair and TV. Kitchen was well appointed with dining table and all amenities we needed. Bathroom was large and had everything we needed. Building was recently renovated and was very nice and safe. I can 100% recommend this hotel.

Great place, great location. Very clean and newly refurbished property. One thing though, nobody replies the WhatsApp message nor the telephone call. Both were ignored totally. There is no luggage room, so once you are out of the room, you are forgotten.

Very nice location, just a few minutes walk to nearby Christmas market and old town square. It’s actually of walking distances to other attractions like the Charles bridge. It is also just next to the underground train. Overall, nice stay and highly recommend!

I requested a room with 2 beds and they charged me extra for the sheets. There was no curtains in the main bedroom and the AC was active all night even if I had turned of the ventilation. Check out is surprisingly early. Really didn’t feel welcomed or that the room was ready to receive guests. Really disappointed for the price.

Really great place to stay in Prague

Room was very spacious and tidy, and the location is brilliant with short walks to most of the main tourist locations. The kitchen is small but more than enough for a few days if you plan on cooking in your room My main complaints that prevented 5 stars are that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the ceilings are thin so that you can hear people walking around in the floor above really clearly.

Nice apartment style stay, terrible sewage smell

We were contacted about there being construction and the rate being discounted for the stay. I followed up and asked how we would be partially refunded as we prepaid and got no response. Upon arriving after a long flight the construction was happening until 6:30 pm on Friday, which we could have managed but the issue ended up being a terrible sewage smell from the drain of the shower. It got worse over the course of the stay. I reached out before the stay and during the stay several times with no response.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem komplett sanierten Gebäude. Sehr ruhige Lage des Zimmers zum Innenhof und mitten in der Prager Innenstadt . Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Prag Sightseeing. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzige Punkt ist der fehlenden Parkplatz zum ein- und Ausladen.

Great location, near to Old Town Square, Metro and shops. Liked the modern decor and well equipped kitchenette. Shame no full length mirror in room, and makeup mirror in bathroom set way too high for short people. Also did notice a smell from bathroom drain.
