O melhor hotel que já fiquei na vida, não só pela estrutura que é excelente, mas sim pela cordialidade de toda a equipe. Fizeram minha experiência ser perfeita, estava de aniversário e pela manhã me proporcionaram um bolo maravilhoso com velinha rosa. Luxury experience at a very affordable price. Excellent location, staff, food, massage, amenities, everything. No complaints only praise. Took hotel shuttle to/from train, Chichen Itza (go early) and local cenotes. Highly recommend!!

Less than one year-old this fantastic modern hotel sits in the jungle 10 minutes from Chitzen Itza. They provide shuttle service to the ruins, town,swimming holes. Service cleaning the room all were five stars. The only weakness was very spotty Wi-Fi. Go there before it gets too crowded with tourist buses.

The room was spotless! The room, bathroom and balcony were all beautifully decorated! The service from the staff was 5-Star! The views were spectacular. The food in the restaurant was well proportioned to the price and very good. The location of the hotel is very remote however, there are paid shuttles to Chichen itza and bicycles available on the property.

Beautiful Hotel yet not a 5 Star. With a 3 night four day stay, we had no running water the first night and no hot water the second night. There was no electricity the second day from 8am-4pm. Something that all the town experienced which the hotel had no control of but perhaps they could look into purchasing generators because it was so hot in the restaurant. Luckily we were out at Chichen Itza the rest of the day so the power outage was not an inconvenience. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. Beside not having hot water for two nights, the quiet surrounding is what I imagined and this hotel delivered. The decor was in sync with the atmosphere throughout the hotel from its entrance from the front gate to the back where you find a pool surrounded with Lucious green trees and plants all around. Every employee welcomed my family with gracious humbleness from beginning to end. They shuttle you from the parking lot to the front of the hotel and my son loved it (Jurassic Park!) We took the shuttle to Chichen Itza which was not expensive, very comfortable and a guarantee to front of the park drop-off and pick-up which was about ten to 15 minutes from the hotel and pyramid. The gym had many new machines and a few dumbbells but very clean and cool inside just a bit compact to move around. The decor flowed into the restaurant with simplicity and beauty.We ordered cafe de olla which was smooth, and sweet but found a hair in my huevos rancheros. Never went back.

Room was amazing, clean and comfy. Interior was stand out. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Food was great as well. It felt more life a resort then a hotel. 100% recommended if you are staying in Chichen Itza.

Beautiful hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Super convenient for a visit to Chichen Itza especially if traveling with the new Tren Maya. The hotel has transportation to/from train station, Chichen Itza including night show, and other local spots. The swimming pool was a real treat after a day at Chichen Itza. We had some excellent meals at the restaurant. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this new hotel.

Hotel Mundo was wonderful! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and very spacious. It is a relatively new hotel. Pool was amazing and they have shuttles that pick you up and take you to the Mayan train station and to chitzenitza. The only thing I would suggest is more options in the restaurant since this is the only place to eat without going into town. Also maybe a better quality of coffee! Overall a great experience and will return! Thank you Hotel Mundo for making our visit to the Yucatan so enjoyable!
