No room service,. Stayed 4 days and my room was never cleaned. Callex room service and qll you get Rita rha AI robot. No toilet paper or water. Elevators were down. Took us more than 40 lminutes to make it down. Since only two elevators opersting. I happen to be on the 31 floor. People started using the stairs. Requested towels and when they were delivered , juan talked to a supervisor and i was told they would clean room next day. Never happen .

The room was mediocre at best, very spacious, but severely outdated. I would be surprised if someone told me it had any renovation in the last 30+ years it's been around. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the view through an entire wall of windows was pretty impressive though.

The ceiling in our bathroom started leaking while we were enjoying the jacuzzi tub. The leak was not fixed. We were not offered another room. They waived the resort fee but offered nothing else when we checked out. Awful, awful management.

We have stayed at the Rio Hotel several times. This time decided to get the panoramic suite. We got the room for 3 nights. Everything went fine until the last night we saw 2 roaches in the bathroom and one crawling outside the small fridge. We were very disappointed but it was our last night there and we packed very early in the morning and left as soon as possible.

I was assigned a room that did not match the pictures in my booking it was a complete horror and then I called and spoke with reservations who then put me in another nightmare where the tubs faucet was broken the room never got cleaned and sheets never changed. I had a door connecting to another room and that was scary because it was just my child and I. The service wasn’t what you would expect for a “resort hotel” and the casino had a lot of slots that just didn't work. All in all I would never book here again this was supposed to be a getaway to relax and the room situation stressed me out so bad and guest service had such an attitude about helping out I didn’t even wanna ask fo anymore help.

Room was great! Clean, well stocked, even had a few necessities if you forgot them. The television needs to be upgraded, as the screen was a bit dark. Overall, we had a phenomenal stay.

We like this hotel because room is spacious. Because it's not a new hotel, carpets and towels could have an improvement, but we have not complain overall. -1 star for only 1 out of 4 elevators were working in the morning we were checking out and we had to wait for an elevator for more than 30 min. That was not cool.

Room was big but vrry old lights didnt work no coffe pot no microwave and no refrigerator in the new remodled rooms No hot water for three days had to change rooms Lighting in the remodle rooms are not very good rooms are cramped. But there was hot water. Casino was slow. Food places closed way to early Room services is 7am to 12 afternoon Check irons before ising ours was so bad we couldnt use it. The staff are nice most the time reservation host are terrible and management just as bad if not worse. They dont care about their guests over charge and dont care for three days cold shower The channels for tv are about thirty terrible. The heater cover fell off when you walked by it The shower handle fell off and the cover in front of the sink fell off about broke my toe i bumbrd it with mu knee Ten days of hell at the hotel.with the room never again would i stay at that hotel. Short staffed waited two hours four

The water pressure was so poor! I the connecting door to the adjoining room was so thin! The other people staying in there were smoking weed and it made our room smell so bad! Very thin walls! The ice machine did work either.
