Superbly situated hotel, close to the pyramids complex and a short distance from the Grand Egyptian Museum. Hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, even helping us replace luggage which got broken in transit! Airport transfer went very smoothly. A special hotel and great experience. Only minor drawback was the noise from the street outside at times could get noisy.

Quiero resaltar la atención de personal, desde quien nos recibió en el aeropuerto, el personal de recepción, la chica de los desayunos Rasha (creo que se llama) y sobretodo el personal del restaurante de la terraza, todos súper amables, hacía frío y nos llevaron cobijitas, atentos en todo momento sin sentir que solo es por la propina como en algunos lugares de Egipto Llegamos y nos dieron una habitación con unos vecinos sumamente ruidosos eran las 2 de la mañana y no paraban de gritar hablamos a recepción y en ese momento nos cambiaron de piso. El lugar en donde está ubicado se siente seguro, en uno de los tours pasamos a recoger a varios turistas más que estaban por el rumbo y sus hoteles estaba en callejones que al menos para mí no me hubiera sentido bien y les pregunté y mencionaron sensación de inseguridad. Así que este hotel en este aspecto otra palomita La terraza excelente la vista a las pirámides, el restaurante todo lo que probamos estuvo rico, a muy muy buen precio y algo que se me hizo increíble es 24 horas, jamás cierra asi que a la hora que gustes puedes ir a comer algo observado las pirámides. El único detalle que para mí no es cómodo fue su colchón súper duro pero me di cuenta que ese es el común en Egipto fui a varios hoteles durante mi visita al país y así estaban en todos lados. Fuera de eso muy recomendable Ahhh algo que para mí es importante y ya se me olvidaba el desayuno variado y rico, no me gusta no tener opciones de escoger que comer por si no me gu

Nice stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Saif at reception. We booked with them a tour in cafelucca on the Nile with dinner, and transfer at the end of our stay. Everything went great. Location is very convenient, close to Giza pyramids and grand Egyptian Museum. The street is quite busy but our room was well isolated. The hotel is very new and installations are good.

Excellent stay. The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable, and spotless. The staff were amazing: warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The rooftop offers stunning pyramid views, and we were lucky to be there on a night with live music, which added beautifully to the atmosphere. The location is fantastic, very close to the pyramids and the GEM Museum. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. Just a small note: use Uber rather than walking around the Old City at night. It’s charming during the day, but you should be cautious after dark.

This hotel was truly a gem. The room was very spacious and the balcony was huge. The view was absolutely amazing — we could clearly see all three pyramids from our room. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was average the rooftop lounge was unforgettable! The view is just amazing! Highly recommended for anyone who wants an unforgettable pyramid view.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night as it was conveniently located close to the Pyramids and the GEM museum. In terms of staff, I would give a 5-star review. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment. Based on the reviews, we genuinely thought we had found a hidden gem. Sadly, this wasn’t the case. The floor was dirty, breakfast was average, the toilet barely flushed, and we only had warm water for a few minutes in the shower before the boiler emptied and the water turned ice cold. Refreshing on a hot day, perhaps, but not ideal at this time of year. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but be aware that the rooms face a busy street. Come better prepared than we did and bring earplugs—the traffic noise and frequent honking can really disturb your sleep. Although it’s not a bad hotel, it’s important to manage your expectations when booking.

Giza központi helyén nem messze van a piramis jegypénztárától.Felüdülés belépni a szállodába mivel a környéke nagyon koszos.Az egész Giza koszos,szemetes.A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.A szoba szép, az ágyak kényelmesek.Kávé , tea , víz bekészítés van a szobában. A reggeli svédasztalos és jó a választék.Meleg és hideg ételek fogyaszthatók.A legfelső emeleten tetőterasz van csodálatos panorámával a piramisokra.Itt étterem is található Összességében nagyon jó szálloda a helyi viszonylatban.
