有廚房，但不主動提供任何廚具(都需要事先預訂與收費)， 若是想使用廚房的人必須仔細閱讀資訊， Room 才有 微波爐， Apartment沒有微波爐， 但入住後提供的網站介紹又寫每個房間都有微波爐，建議可以說明清楚， 附近很吵鬧，早上六點會有垃圾車來清運碎玻璃的聲音巨大，會把人驚醒的那種， 快煮壺也很多沉澱物，不太敢喝。 浴室的排水也不太好，也沒有放衣服的置物架，不適很方便。 衣架也都需要自行準備，房間內沒有任何衣架可以使用。 總體來說除了價格外，其他都要仔細考慮清楚能接受在預定。

Stay away, do not go here! It’s like a halfway house in a bad neighborhood. You walk in through a dark garage entrance to a scary side door, up a dark dank staircase and to a small dark hallway. The room was ok, didn’t seem dirty, but it’s the kind of place where you don’t want to use the towels and the blankets seem like someone’s hand me downs from the thrift store. The bathroom smelled, toilet paper rolls are on the back of the toilet. You’ll be glad to have the deadbolts on the door, all you hear outside all night are cop cars and drunk people screaming and throwing bottles. Just do yourself a favor, skip this place. Not worth it even if it were free.

The room was very basic but it was clean.There was a kettle and 2 plastic cup. The bathroom was very smallnot for big people.One tub of handwashand a toilet roll. I did not see one member of staff as everything id done remotely.There was rubbish on the fllor Friday and it was still there on Sunday. You get what you pay for i guess. .

Arrived outside our room 2 hours after check in time started to find the door open and someone’s bag and shoes splayed accross the floor and to hear a man in the bathroom he came out and then gestured this is my key and yours is in the lock and left with “his key”, we then messaged the hotel about the situation as we felt very uncomfortable with the thought of the man having a key and being able to return at any time. A very rude woman then stormed passed us huffing at us and then opened the door and FaceTimed what I’m assuming is the boss gesturing there was no one in the room and then flipping her camera onto us and walking off again without a word. Until we heard her shouting at the cleaner. We then got a call from what we are assuming is the boss asking what our issue was and we explained the situation. He denied anyone had been in our room but after checking the cctv he said “it might be their electrician fixing something with the toilet” (which we thought would be the job of a plumber.) I said it didn’t seem very professional and explained how it made us uncomfortable and we got a reply of “this is our hotel and our staff can enter the room whenever we want” and that was that very polite phone call over. And the toilet the electrician was ‘fixing’ was making a rather loud jingling noise for the duration of the stay. The room in itself was fine for what we payed for although it got very hot and if you had the windows open you were kept up late by the noise outside

I spent 3 nights at 2-Rent SEN14 which was a very convenient 250m or so from an escalator down (the Goethestraße exit) to the Hauptbahnhof. I hadn't realised that I didn't need to walk all the way around to the main entrance to the station! 2-Rent SEN14 is also close to the Straßenbahn stop and it's about 20/25 minutes brisk walk to Marienplatz. The building is easy to enter using the code provided for the street entrance and hotel itself, then the room code to access the room key in a safe box . I was assigned a room on the 5th (top) floor which was no problem for me, however, the lift (I didn't know there was a lift until I saw other guests using a lift outside) only goes to the 4th floor. Unless I missed this information, I didn't know there was stair access from the 4th floor lift, because initially I couldn't find the staircase in what was rather a maze! Anyway, I emailed 2-Rent and the owner gave me details of exactly how to find the lift. I don't have mobility issues (just a dodgy knee) but I think guests need to know that there is a narrow staircase from the 4th to the 5th floor with a few steps and bits of corridor. The room was perfect for me, as I'm a budget traveller. It was bright, basic - though I had a room with 2 single beds which was spacious - and clean with a balcony. I had a shower/toilet and a simple kitchen: fridge with freezer cupboard, 2 plate hob, sink. A kettle is provided otherwise you can pay 25 Euros for kitchen utensils. Quiet and warm.
Room 505 door has a tiny corridor before opening into bedroom area - for added privacy.

Local não passa segurança , muitos homens com atitudes estranhas devido as salas de jogos abaixo do quadro, nao indicaria mulheres ficarem sozinhas. O barulho durante toda a noite é insuportável, não tem como dormir, fica uma gritaria a noite toda. O banheiro é de um tamanho muito difícil de usar, a água do chuveiro não desce pelo ralo, a iluminação é com um temporizador que apaga em 30s, não tem tapete e nem como secar. Apesar de ter cozinha, não tem nada para usar (copo, talheres, pratos, esponja, detergente). Pode fazer um pedido a parte e pagar por isso. Quando chegamos a geladeira estava vazando água e não havia como secar. O travesseiro é um monte pé pedaços de espuma que fica saindo para fora, Realmente não vale a pena.

Bed linnens were too rough and uncomfortable to sleep on. Bad smell from the drains due to being unused/ unflushed for a while. That being the room was clean and ok for a single night's stay.
