Hotellet er OK, omend det virker lidt 'skrabet'. Men det er altsammen i 'det grønnes' tegn, så OK. Personen i receptionen, da vi kom, var mere optaget af sin telefon end at betjene os, og kunnen ikke siges at være hverken imødekommende eller hjælpsom. Morgenmaden var perfekt og betjeningen i denne forbindelse upåklageligt.

Des commerces a proximité surtout la gare juste à côté. La chambre propre et confortable ;Les lits n'ont pas été refait mais pas grave et les serviettes pas changer ce que je trouve très bien pas besoin d'une nouvelle serviettes tout les jours. Et petit déjeuner au top

Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã bem completo, com diversidade de opções de qualidade. Infelizmente, durante nossa estadia, um dos elevadores estava fora de serviço, o que gerou alguns inconvenientes. Localização com acesso muito fácil ao centro de Leicester e à estação de trem.

Until Premier inn scrap their hard 3pm check in they will always get poor reviews. 30+ degrees and people begin to build up in reception. After 3pm it’s chaos for staff trying to check everyone in at once. 3 knocks at that door in the morning by housekeeping, presumably trying to turf customers out so they can squeeze another £15 out of someone.

Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain. Extremely poor cleanliness, there were stains all over the bedsheets, chairs and a strong odour of urine in the room, carpets and bathroom. Filthy toilet, grubby bedroom and all surfaces were full of stains and spillages. The towels were not fresh and the water pressure was ridiculously low. The lifts took an age to get to our floor and we had heavy luggage and missed our train waiting for the elevators which did not operate in any order whatsoever. I am appalled at this hotel and will never stay here again. This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed in and couldn’t believe they were charging people such fees for an extremely poor environment. We felt as though we were at a safety and hygiene risk, the whole space was simply non-livable. Very poor service, rude reception staff at check-in and no one available to help during our stay. They expect people to inform reception for housekeeping and there is not a single person available in the lobby, reception or bar area. This is perhaps a way to avoid housekeeping and save on resources. No one wanted to assist or serve customers. They have the audacity to charge 15GBP for an early check-in but the rooms are not even cleaned properly. Horrific experience.
