The Hotel is brand new with some construction still in progress. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The water park is clean and the kids love it. Pool for everyone splash pad little ones and water slides for the big kids.

AMAZING!! We would 100% stay again!! The facility is beautiful and clean. Its brand new and the staff was incredible. Everyone went above and beyond for us all week. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! The pool was a huge hit with my kids,kept them busy all weekend. The breakfast was great! And the owner is literally the most amazing kind and genuine man. He made sure all the kids are safe and taken care during their stay! Thanks for providing my family with such a great experience! Seriously so impressed with this place. Also the beds and bedding were so nice and comfortable. Way better than your typical hotel beds!! And the rooms are extremely large and spacious,accommodating our family with room for our baby's bed and toddler to be himself. Lol We had 5 of us in the room and it was fantastic. For sure coming back for more fun!!

The lady who helped us check in was very friendly but very very slow at getting us finally checked in. Breakfast was delicious, pool and slide area fantastic! There are NO CURTAINS on the windows in the rooms! Very bright from street lights all night long and s soon as the sun came up it was like day light in the room. The floors are so thin that any time anyone walked around on upper floors, you could hear it. The entire second floor seemed to consist of kids same literally all night long we heard banging, jumping and running. I think the room above us was just kids and they were wrestling and jumping off bunk beds all nite long. Very little sleep was had. If you stay there, ask for upper floor. Bed was comfy, food was tasty, pool was great, just no sleep if you are on a bottom floor.

My Grandchildren had the best time in the water park!!!!! They had to climb 3 flights to go down the slides, they slept really well and so did I. The beds were incredible, Great shower.

We had a fun stay here at splash canyon. The water slides were a hit with the kids, but the hours were a little disappointing. Be aware that the rooms do not have any drapes or window coverings at all. It was extremely bright! We had a light right outside our window and we could not sleep with how bright it was. We were also on the first floor, I would highly recommend you ask to be on the 4th floor. At night it sounded like dinosaurs stomping around when people were walking around. We had a family that was always up at 3am running around above us, it was terrible. And when someone flushes the toilet you can hear it above you and hear the water run down through the wall. Water slides 10/10, the rooms 6/10. If there were window coverings I'd give a higher rating but it really affected our sleep. Breakfast was fine, what you'd find at most hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s clear the property is still in its first few months, so there are a few growing pains, but overall everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Our room was huge, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. Our kids absolutely loved the colorful waterslide! The bright colors made it feel so fun and inviting, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A few ideas that could make an already great experience even better: * Add non-slip treads or covers to the stairs leading up to the waterslide. They became very slippery and felt a bit unsafe. * Consider offering morning waterslide hours. Our kids were hoping to ride it a few more times before we checked out. Also, having the slide open until 10:00 p.m. made it difficult for younger children to fall asleep because they could hear all the excitement outside. * It would be great if the market or coolers sold individual cartons of milk. That would have made bedtime with little kids much easier! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. We look forward to seeing how the property continues to grow and improve. -

This hotel is new and in great condition. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the room well supplied. The shower pressure in room 307 isn't what I am accustomed to, but was good enough to get clean and rinse the soap/shampoo off. The water slides and pools are so much fun. The workers did their very best to keep the stairs dry by mopping them constantly. The breakfast was delicious and the workers were very helpful. The people at the front desk were helpful and courteous. We are definitely planning on coming again.

This is s new property. It is clean, bright and has many onsite amenities - laundry, fitness center - and an amazing pool with slides? However, it is very popular so don't expect a relaxing soak.

The young receptionist rejected to grant a late checkout request, on a slow weekday I might add, not even 30 minutes was given and indicated that there will be additional charge. Otherwise, the property and room were excellent.

I found the room clean, staff very helpful, and breakfast good. I put a few dollars in the tip jar because the breakfast staff were especially awesome. The pool was great. My kids (teens and 10 ) all loved it. Clean and well kept property and my kids are asking when we are going back.
