It's the cheapest hotel but it's the crappiest hotel I've ever been to. There was no safety bowl on the door it was dirty there are no blankets on the beds.
Aime, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

there was dried blood or something on the sheets found roachs crawling when we first got in and found an unflushed toilet and hair everywhere
Cody, 1-night trip

There was a mountain of trash bags piled between pool and building. Door didnt latch at all and homeless everywhere. I slept in my truck you should probably go somewhere else!
Dakota, 1-night trip

Not ready to receive travelers! More of an apartment complex for vagrant's. The clerk had to check several rooms to find me a clean unoccupied room. Was not a chair in the room. Heater barely heated.
Shuler, 1-night trip

I came to check in and the receptionist told me that there was no clean rooms that they didn't have any housekeepers so I canceled my order on Expedia and they neither Expedia nor stay well will give me my money back they stole my money.

Didn't get what I expected and when I asked for refund they delivery is not good. It's been 3 day I'm still waiting for my refund. ☹️
Tina, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Called to cancel reservation and was told that I could not. Even though the refund policy clearly states that partial refund would be given if canceled prior to 6pm on day of check in. Hotels.com staff have continued to tell me that this policy is false, even though it’s attached to my booking confirmation. Hotels.com staff continues to state that the hotel (stay well) refuses to issue refund as they held the room for us. Even though we told them we would not be using the room. That said. The cancellation policy is a hotels.com policy. And should be honored by hotels.com staff.

We had 3 roaches in our room and there was lots of dirt on the floor. We only had 1 big towel and the washclothes were so what ok one was very stained. We won't come back to stay because of this ....

Pests a.k.a. cockroaches in my room and no refund. That’s not acceptable.
Blake, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

no the tv didnt work at all the cord was cut and some of the staff was not nice to my boyfriend
Amanda, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Room had dirty sheets and hair on bed. Wall mirror was leaning against wall. Drawers on entertainment center were broken. Back of tv remote was missing and one battery was missing. Dirty band aid on back of door by peep hole. Took pictures if you would like to see them. Originally was given room 316 but key card wouldnt work so i was then given room 322. Maid needs to be fired and the hole hotel needs to be gone through and cleaned. . Cars in parking lot with plastic bags over broken or missing windows.
Real nice
Hair on boxspring cover
Bandaid under peep hole on door
Must have gorgot laundry detergent

The heater did not work. I went down and told the receptionist she told me that she was going to get the maintenance guy to come and look at it but and then if it didn't work she was going to switch me rooms no maintenance guy ever came down and she never switched this rooms we were in the cold all night.
Aime, 1-night trip

Very nasty doors were not on the hinges in both t Rooms i got and the microwave and sink didnt work they waited till after i checked out to fix it.
Kevin, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Took 25 minutes just to check in! The room was terrible. The dresser had all 4 drawers broken, 1 bath towel NO blankets on either bed, the inside of the refrigerator was missing completely. So I turned on the heater only to have it smell like burning hair. The hotel was rundown in need of repairs everywhere. Not even coffee in the morning. Also worst of all just as I started to doze off I heard voices and then another couple walked into my room. The front desk gave them a KEY to my room. I wouldn't even recommend this hotel to the homeless. The good thing was it was a one night stay ,oh and the room was dark.
