Had a wonderful stay here, easy check in and check out. Close walking distance to buses, subways, family mart and 7-eleven. Super convenient and the washer was perfect for our stay. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in Fukuoka.

The hotel location is good. My room is included the washing machine, but no drying machine. We need to think how to dry the clothes if we wash. This is the self service hotel. We never see any hotel staff. The hotel didn’t provide the house keeping services, even we stayed 5 nights. We need to request the amenities (such as the tissues or toilet paper) at least 24 hours in advance. The hotel didn’t provide the luggage store services. You need to think where you can store the luggage after check-in.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente ya que está caminando a 5-10 minutos de canal city hakata y está muy bien conectado. El chek in es automatizado así que nunca ves a nadie del personal. Nunca nos funcionó el internet y al no tener un teléfono local nunca pudimos contactarnos con ellos para reportarlo. Sería bueno que tuvieran un espejo. La tv es smart tv y muy buen tamaño, pero tuvimos que conectar con el internet del celular. Si tomas en cuenta que usas el hotel solo para dormir, está perfecto! Pero ojalá el contacto con el cliente fuera un poco más personal

이번 여행에서 묵었던 숙소 중 단연 최악의 숙소였습니다. 체크인부터 문제가 시작되었습니다. 숙소 측에서 실제로 사용할 수 있는 체크인 코드를 제대로 제공하지 않았고, 현장에는 무인 체크인 기계가 단 한 대뿐이었습니다. 좁은 공간에 모든 투숙객이 그 기계 하나만 기다리며 줄을 서야 했고, 정말 불편했습니다. 더 심각한 문제는 다음과 같습니다. 1. 객실 청소 서비스를 전혀 제공하지 않습니다. 심지어 쓰레기 수거조차 사전에 예약해야 합니다. 저희는 6박을 하는 동안 단 한 번도 객실 청소를 받지 못했습니다. 숙소 측에 여러 차례 문의했지만, “청소 서비스는 제공하지 않는다”는 답변만 반복할 뿐 어떠한 해결 의지도 보이지 않았습니다. 2. 수건은 체크인 첫날 제공되는 것이 전부입니다. 이후 새 수건으로 교체하려면 추가 비용을 내야 하며, 수건이 더러워지면 직접 세탁해서 사용해야 합니다. 이런 숙소는 처음입니다. 3. 방음이 너무 심각할 정도로 좋지 않습니다. 위층 발소리는 물론이고 복도에서 사람들이 이야기하는 소리까지 모두 들려 제대로 쉬는 것이 불가능했습니다. 4. 문제가 생겨도 현장에서는 직원을 단 한 명도 만날 수 없습니다. 모든 문의는 온라인 고객센터를 통해서만 가능하며, 현장에서는 책임지고 대응하는 사람이 전혀 없습니다. 숙박업을 운영하는 기본적인 책임감조차 느낄 수 없었습니다. 5. 객실 에어컨에서는 물이 떨어졌고, 제공되는 욕실 어메니티도 매우 부실했습니다. 전반적인 객실 관리 수준이 매우 낮았습니다. 숙박 기간 동안 여러 차례 숙소 측에 연락했지만, 적극적으로 문제를 해결하려는 모습은 전혀 보이지 않았습니다. 투숙객 대부분이 한국인이어서 그런지, 고객의 불만을 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는다는 인상만 받았습니다. 이곳은 제가 지금까지 경험한 숙소 중 최악이었습니다. 스스로를 괴롭히고 평생 잊지 못할 최악의 숙박 경험을 하고 싶다면 이곳을 선택해 보십시오. 그렇지 않다면 절대 추천하지 않습니다.

I know you get what you pay for, but I don’t feel I got enough for what I paid for. This is an unmanned hotel. Staying for one night might do but DO NOT stay more than that. They don’t provide fresh towels for the second day. We were supposed to use the towels sparingly or wash them ourselves. (There’s a small washer in the room, but no dryer. And no instructions) And it was not instructed when we checked in. They told us to wash the towels when we asked where we could get fresh towels. And the communication is the hell! They only speak Japanese. Communication in other languages needs to be written (via email) so they can (probably) run it through the translation app. Then when they respond they do it in Japanese! We checked in on Friday evening, and WiFi didn’t work. When we contacted them (for over an hour), they said it would be probably because it was Friday and many people checked in so just wait because they couldn’t do anything. The next day it was still not working. They said they would do the inspection, which didn’t work. But It was the last night staying there, so we simply gave up. To reach this point, we had to have multiple calls and messages running Google Translate. I had stayed in unmanned hotels before but I had stayed only one night and there hadn’t been any particular issues to contact the staff so I never expected this hassle and inconvenience. I am never going back to this hotel. 😡
