Overall the resort is clean, pools are very nice. however, the rooms need some TLC.. from the shower handle falling off, clogged tub drain and loose towel bars they definitely need to invest a bit more time into preparing the rooms before the next guest.

NO LO RECOMIENDO
Solicité al reservar pagar en efectivo, llegas a recepción que no se puede pagar en efectivo y que si tienes que pagar así tienes que esperar 30 minutos al menos para que autoricen y forzosamente tienes que dejar una tarjeta y te hacen cargo de 100 dólares si 100 dólares por noche (excesivo ) eso no lo mencionan al reservar , la recepcionista Evelyn( xenofobica , discriminativa porque somos latinos ) nos dio una habitación terrible en el 3er piso sucia afuera unas coladeras asquerosamente sucias con mal olor moho y eso hacía que la habitación oliera horrible la ventana más sucia que he visto ( esa misma recepcionista dijo que cuál era el problema que estaba sucia por fuera ) nos dan otra habitación en el6to piso sin cortinas y Nos dan otra habitación en el 7 piso en la cual llegamos de los parques de Disney cansados en la noche y para bañarse terrible se tapa toda el área de la regadera , para bañarse es con agua fría porque si intentas poner agua tibia o caliente tiene un sonido horrible, parece que se va hasta caer del ruido y movimiento la regadera de la pared no arreglaron eso la alfombra súper sucia , muebles viejos , los horarios para los parques y de regreso al hotel inadecuados no puedes ni ver el show final porque el autobús sale antes y tienes que terminar pagando Uber tanto para ir como para regresar , a y por cierto el Sr que maneja el autobús muy grosero , me fui de ese hotel dijeron no harían el cargo a mi tarjeta y si lo hicieron 😡
