Found hair on my towel, ac unit was very loud, didn’t have Kleenex only bath tissue, sheets were very thin and gave me allergies, curtains did not block out sunlight, the surroundings looked unsafe and sketchy.

This is a budget hotel! But very friendly and competent front desk staff, the rooms were very clean and the bed was acceptable. Great for the price! Within a few hundred feet there's not only fast food but Hana House Middle Eastern Restaurant which was really good food for cheap. Good for any budget traveler. We will stay here again when we go to Spring Training.

Our room was on the second story and when we went in it reeked like cigarettes. We went back to the lobby and they changed our room with no problem. The second room smelled okay but then we left and came back a few hours later and our room smelled like cigarettes. I think their smoking rooms are on the first floor and smoke just makes its way up to the non smoking rooms. Other problems were that the bathroom door looked like someone punched two holes in it. Also the toilet reservoir took about 30 minutes to refill after a flush, so you couldn't double flush or have someone use the toilet after you did. Another problem was the pool was visibly dirty and the jacuzzi was filled with rocks. So, no jacuzzi. I'd probably give it a rating of a 2.5 star hotel.

The light in the restroom was so dim. Myself and my family felt uncomfortable showering. We let the front desk know it was never fixed. Were we moved to a new room?. There was two TVs in the room and one remote that did not work for either TV.

Room was basic...fine. Some general maintenance issues. Bed was like sleeping on a board. Crazy hard. Elevator was filthy. Checkin was lengthy even though most should've been done online. Wont be back.

I booked two rooms, One room did not have shower curtain and was missing towels. Mattress in the second room was wrapped in a thick dusty shipping plastic - staff tried to convince that this is normal, which it is not. Refused to switch to a different room. Yes, in some motels mattress is wrapped in plastic, but it is fitted thin bag, not the thick one where it makes sound whenever you move.

The security latch on the door was missing and the door jamb was bent indicating a recent "kick-in". The light switch by the door didn't work. One lamp was missing its bulb. There is no phone in the room. There is no rod or hangers in the room. There is no luggage stand in the room. The TV received many channels but the reception was so poor, very snowy, it wasn't worth watching. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. No plastic cups. The exhaust fan in the shower area ran 24/7, no on/off switch, and the vent was speckled with black, moldy looking stuff. There was no hot water for the shower, plus, the shower was rigged backwards; turn the faucet to hot (red) and you got ice cold water. Turn the faucet to cold (blue) and you got very tepid water. The shower head flow was good though. There is a large "NO PETS" sign at check-in but several rooms had barking dogs. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but as I was checking in, a customer came to the desk and asked for another room as the one she was in reeked of cigarette smoke.
