WiFi was spotty at times and the power did go out during my stay for over an hour. Not super soundproof but there are only a couple of rooms on each floor so it’s not a huge deal

I’ve stayed in many hotels around West Lake, and this apartment stands out. It was definitely more spacious and modern, with better amenities for the price. Having a washing machine, kitchen, and elevator made my stay much easier. I asked about drying clothes and the staff kindly assisted without charging. No annoying sales talk about tours or taxis, which made the experience much more pleasant.

Thw room is pretty nice, the problem was they entered my room at 12 aclock at night, without permission, and it was pretty alarming. And then they woke me up again to check that i actually have reservation, very strange. Also the other guests made so much noise all night, it was a very bad sleep.
