This has been the worse hotel I’ve stayed at dirty really bad couldn’t even sleep of all the noise outside there was a child probably 4years old awake yelling and screaming like until5i the morning towels were so nasty restroom were as bad I even wanted to sleep in my car at this point but then all the people outside

El hotel está cerca de downtown pero la habitación estaba sucia. Salían cucarachas de por el baño, la regadera sucia. Que no me pude bañar. Para quedarme una noche fue suficiente pero no volvería a ir

Hotel doesn’t look the same as the photos, looks more like a motel had roaches and the security on the door was broken, it’s cheap so maybe that’s why it was in bad conditions wouldn’t recommend staying here, all though staff was very nice.

The property & room were clean & there were specific rooms for my service dog. Parking was somewhat crowded but adequate. The room was sparse but clean The heating/air conditioner & bed were outstanding. The staff was wonderful & are obviously working to modernize the facility.

The staff here are amazing and take guest safety very seriously. It is in a rough side of downtown so you will see interesting guests however the staff truly care and take your safety seriously. Room was clean cleaning staff are phenomenal as well

Shower handle fell off toilet was not sealed to floor and rocked to the right when you sat down to use it. Other guests played loud music and were loud well past midnight. Dog poop all over.Just not clean however there were no bugs of any type in the room.

The hotel itself was mediocre would ruin my stay is there was a car outside of my room that kept going off the car alarm from about 8:00 p.m. until about 5:00 a.m. in the morning almost every hour on the hour
