Great one bedroom loft with a very nice kitchen and living space. The best amenity was the rooftop with a 360 degree view of Philadelphia.

Pretty nice place that they are working to make a lot better. Rooms are nice and spacious, rooftop is a great place to end the night with views of the skyline. Would recommend

I was worried given some reviews that out room would be dirty. It was lived in but clean. Nice area, nice staff. Beautiful view of the city. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved the place. Could use some updates in the rooms, air conditioning very noisy, takes water long time to drain out of sink. Rooftop could use updates. Parking was good. Area was good.

I was really happy with the room and the staff. I walked all over downtown Philadelphia and found the location was just right for me.

Our fridge didn’t work so they moved us to another room quickly. Very helpful staff! Great roof top terrace area! It was very helpful to have a kitchenette and a clothes washer

The room was spacious and so happy I booked at this location. It’s a five walk to Reading Terminal Market and the air conditioning was amazing. Highly recommend.

4/10 Lumayan

Terrible customer service from the front desk agent. She was unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unhelpful! Refrigerator and other appliances not working. No staff willing to help or attempt to resolve safety or another other concerns!

Travelled with my kids to look at colleges, great big space to spread out in when we had downtime with a full kitchen. Walkable to downtown and easy freeway access when we needed to drive to Swarthmore, Villanova, airport, etc.

8/10 Sangat bagus

Staff was great, room was very updated and had a lot of amenities (refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.), and was in a good central location. Only thing I noticed was there wasn’t any extra toilet paper for restroom (roll was already almost gone at check in), hand soap in restroom was empty, and the elevator was pretty slow. Otherwise, great stay! Appreciated the vending machine in the lobby as well as the 24/7 front desk staff.

Could’ve been a lot cleaner. There were trash bags on the 5th floor immediately when you get off the elevator. Very much an eye sore. And the room could’ve been cleaner.

2/10 Buruk

There were 3 towels for 6 people and no bedsheets for the sofa bed and there were supposed to be 3 queen beds not 2 with a sofa bed. Then one bathroom had no body wash or shampoo. Not a good stay at all but it was shelter for us y that’s about it.

6/10 Bagus

Overall, I would stay here again. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great views of the city too. It was a convenient location if you plan to spend time near venues/bars on Spring Garden (under 10 minute walk). The hotel seemed under staffed- I called twice for extra toiletries and they told me to come downstairs and get it.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their great service made my stay even more enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
