I would have liked to give a good review for the hotel, but their customer service is lacking. Our stay was ok in terms of facilities. Hotel room was nice, mini bar ok and additional services (sauna, bike rental) were a nice plus. The hotel is also conveniently situated close to a tram stop. BUT, check-in and check-out is slow. Our room's window shutters did not work and when I mentioned this at the front desk, they did not want to believe me. In addition, during our first day in the hotel, right after we had arrived to our room, a window clener came into our room to close those shutters (which he noticed to be broken). He knocked first but opened the door with his own key. The front desk could have warned us about this. On top of this, after we checked out of the hotel, we recieved an email from the hotel asking us to transfer 94 CHF to their account because a cuddly toy was missing from the room. There were no toys in the room as we arrived. I sent them an email and asked for an apology for accusing us for stealing. I have not heard from them since.
