First impression, okay. The woman at the desk checked us in but gave us key cards to a room that was occupied. The other guests were upset and so was I, trucking our luggage back down from the 4th floor only to find the reception desk empty for over a half hour. So waiting waiting, calling the number for service, waiting waiting she finally returned. But not after stopping at a table of drunk men to chat w bit.
After I told her the room was occupied, she laughed and said, “oops”. Ya, oops I had to wait 45 minutes to get MY ROOM after your mistake. Anyway. . The room was spacious but upon flipping on the lights ……………
Yuck.
The shower was filthy, the countertops had hard food stuck to them, the refrigerator was leaking, I checked for bed bugs and was not surprised to find stains all over the mattress cover and mattress itself. My kids wore their shoes because the carpets need a severe cleaning. We arrived late after a sports game & promptly left at 6:30am the next morning because it was that bad. We couldn’t leave quick enough.
