1 bad experience.
We checked in at 8pm, went to our room and the key wouldn't work so we had to go back down to the lobby. The front desk clerk said, "They're working on something in there" and she proceeds to go upstairs to check. I was confused as to why they would be working in a room at 8pm when our check in time was 3. We were able to get into the room once she confirmed it was okay. I had booked a king room, we walked in it was a double. I attempted to call and let her know but the phone in the room wasn't working so i called her from my mobile. After a very long day and being sick, all I wanted to do was get in our room, eat, take some meds and get some rest. The annoyance was just unnecessary. It also seemed like someone had been using our bathroom before check in because there was long hairs on the floor and the toilet seat was up.
