Traveling with my husband & two teenagers, we visited Vail for the first time the week of 5/28/18. Our trip was great, though, before we even got there thanks to the excellent staff and customer service focus at Ritz-Carlton Club Vail. About a month before our arrival, the Concierge (Julia) reached out to me with an offer to help recommend and/or set-up anything we might be interested in doing while in the area. From having groceries delivered to our 3-bedroom suite before arrival, to restaurant/activity advice & reservations, to personal preferences w/in our rooms (timing of housekeeping, turn-down service, etc.) - everything was taken care of by the time we got to town, and it was WONDERFUL! When we arrived by car, we were immediately greeted and assisted by the Bell Staff, and once Julia got us efficiently checked in, Alex was well-versed in anything we needed to know about our particular suite. The "RCC" offers a complimentary shuttle service throughout Vail, which came in handy many times. The suite itself was newly renovated & very comfortable/casual/clean. Beds & linens felt luxurious, baths were spacious & nicely appointed. The few small maintenance issues we had (ex: air flow fan not working) were immediately addressed. Pool area had beautiful views & convenient amenities (towels, sunscreen, etc.). Fitness area and class offerings were great. Spa services (ex: massages) were excellent. Teen room is in need of attention/upgrade. I would definitely return.
