Not recommended
Beds squeaked for every turn and the mattress was sunken in the middle. Spider webs were on the bathroom ceiling and spiders too. Bathroom door wouldn't close, so had to push it very hard to close it. No fan or window in the bathroom so there is no air circulation during a shower. The hotel is located near a train track which can be very loud at night. I would find somewhere else if I ever visit Kingston again.

Nice rooms with a kitchenette. Disappointed by the *300* cad deposit on a ONE night stay. the deposit ended up being vastly more expensive than the room alone and it wasn't that clean :( stains on the chairs and floor and the shower head leaked when the neighbor showered.... at least it was on the water and close to a lot of cute stores....

There was a wharf and comfortable places to sit overlooking the marina and the river. The room on the second floor was spacious and there was a kitchenette with beer mugs and wine glasses. A balcony terrace outside the room had a table and chairs where one could read and sip a beer.
