Stayed here with a friend for a few nights and did not expect the conditions we arrived in. Checked into the hotel and immediately had trouble in our room - the bathroom light did not work, sparking on and off, the socket that the landline phone was plugged into was fully coming out of the wall, one of my pillows was fully ripped and did not fit in its case. They did offer to move us into another room, but no non smoking rooms were available. They also did not have any paper towels or tissues available at the desk - I was informed that "we eat with our hands here". I had to laugh at the absurdity.
Also, every single day our key cards stopped working. I was storing them safely away from my phone and electronics so they did not get demagnetized. I was told by an employee the second time I needed to reactive them that it was the hotel policy that the key cards must be reactivated every day...what!? I was told the following day by another employee this was not correct and should not have happened and the keys should work for the duration of our stay.
If you come to stay at this hotel, you must bring everything you need with you. A cooler with multiple days supply of ice (no fridges) all of your own toiletries (they only offer a small bar of soap) and generally be prepared to fend for yourself. It was relatively cheap in relation to other hotels in the area but maybe a bit too cheap. I would not stay here again but if you just need a place to crash for a night, it's fine.
