Friendly gentleman who checked me in to this solo facility at top of the hill. Clean room but poorly maintained. Bed light non-functional, a/c very loud, shower handles fell off, no hanger bar for clothes or suitcase holder, guests VERY LOUD next door both eve and am, rustic would be a nice way of saying what I am saying. You get what you pay for.

Unique little desert abode!
The room I got was set up studio apartment style! Pretty decent in square footage considering it’s an hotel and had an offset room with small dining area, fridge and food storage. Full bath tub to soak a plus. Nice, clean set of towels. Overall great value!

Colorful Happiness
So, I started coming here cuz I had never been to Joshua Tree, the stay is cheap, the place is colorful and private, and I like to get away from the city during the holidays. I’ve now been here many times and I love it. They have recently repainted every unit all the wonderful colors and also repaved the driveway. I appreciate when owners take care of their property. The owner is a cool guy always a warm welcome and said he’s a gemologist which explains the cool crystals in the office. He’s colorful and I like that. The rooms are everything you need. The double bed is more like a king size, the AC and heat work great, nice big DirecTV, hot water, colorful big room, Kitchen with full fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, but the best thing is the sunrise view… just magic. I hope he considers putting a hot tub where the old pool was but it will make a nice sun deck or garden maybe someday. Being so colorful forces you to be happy. Go be happy. 10/10

The property tried to charge me for a stay that I didn't have. They refused a refund for a stay that didn't occur. My bank was the only one that helped me get my money back.

Colourful choice
Super convenient and extremely original ! A few minutes away from the park entrance, colourful cabins within which you’ll find everything you need. Easy parking right in front of your cabin. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Check-in was easy. The staff was great. The beds were very comfortable. AC worked well. TV was a generous size. And the room had a microwave and mini fridge. The condition of rooms could use a little more attention. Wall paint was peeling, base trim on the floors were peeling off, the caulking and seal around the AC could use some attention. The bathroom could have used a trash can. But overall, we got a good night's sleep!

The owner very welcoming. I would come back again how great the rates are and the convenience for the surrounding areas like JT. However is needs a little upgrade but cant complain. At least the beds are comfortable.

オレンジカウンティからハバスレイクに向けてのロードトリップの途中で一泊利用しました。 オーナーのインド系のお爺さんがフロント一人でやってる感じ。気さくにトーク出来て部屋にヘアドライヤーが無かったので、借りに行っても心地良い対応でした。 宿泊客は少な目で静かに過ごせました。 小高い丘の上の立地で、朝日を綺麗な景色と共に見ることも出来ました。 見た目はスリリングな外観と内装ですが、逆にそれらを楽しめる方にはオススメです。

We couldn’t spent the night there, the place was nice and it looked clean but when we were about to go to bed, we found bedbugs. It was late so we just left but came back the next day to let the owner know. He was rude and he kicked us out of his property calling us liars and telling us he paid so cheap to complain.
