Pubic hair, sticky floors and urine oh my!
We booked this for 1 night and just needed a place to sleep so we didn’t want to spend a lot. Wished we would have spent the extra money and stayed elsewhere. The floors were dirty and super sticky. There were small curly hairs in the sink, thinking from the bottom half of someone. There was a wad of gum with other things in it on the floor next to the bed. My husband walked around the room with his socks on and his socks looked like he walked around outside for a mile. Absolutely disgusting. The door knob going into the room was sticky. The toilet seat had urine on it and streaks of feces. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE.

They suck.
I specifically requested a first floor room several months ago when booked the stay. Explained husband is on oxygen and cannot climb stairs or walk far. They put us in a 2nd floor room some distance from the elevator. Then, required IDs on all 3 of us. Have NEVER been asked that. THEN they couldnt run my card because the card machine wasnt working. We stayed elsewhere. Had my handicapped husband in tears. We have stayed in lots of Motel 6's, and this one twice before, and have NEVER been teeated like this. Never again.

Mold beneath hvac wall unit w dry rot. Wall opens to the exterior. Mold beneath bed. Mold on the ceilings. The vinyl flooring felt slimey. The bathroom stunk. The internet service was choppy.

Hotels.com, You dont did it now!
This is not a Motel 6 issue. IHotls.com screwed up once again. Even after getting a confirmation that the reservation was set even with a confirmation number the hotel never got it. Forcing me to rebook on the motel website. We use Hotels.com for our business but this was the last straw. When I tried to call customer service I was promptly told that there was a 2 hour hold time. So at 2100hrs I wouldn't talk to someone till 2300hrs. Total BS. And to make it even worse, this was a non-refundable booking.. So a Motel 6 cost me nearly $200 for the night. In the end, I got a room off the company website and had a good shower and went to bed. Will book again just not on Hotels.com

Moldy Bathroom. Beside the obvious smell, the shower curtain had mold on it. No tissues, no shampoo, no glasses of any kind. Front door had visible gaps around it. However the front desk lady was very nice!

Not very happy
The Room didn't have any hanger or a hair Dryer. They said they would bring hanger the next day. They never came. They didn't clean my room. They said they never had a hair dryer. It wasn.t worth the price I paid.

I will never stay on a Motel 6 ever again
To start things off, the hotel cancelled a portion of everybody's reservation without any notification. When I arrived at the hotel there was a line of people waiting for a room, rooms had not been cleaned. I had reserved two nights, they had cancelled my second night. The room they initially assigned me was not ready. Had to wait for over an hour to get another room that did not have the fridge or microwave I had asked for. The air conditioner was leaking water inside the room. I will never stay on a Motel 6 ever again

(we stayed with our pup for one night) When we got to the room right after check in it smelled like sewage. We saw that the room hadn't been properly dusted in a long time, there was dog hair pretty much everywhere and cobwebs on the headboard. There was months or years worth of dust and dog hair in the air conditioner. We saw a spider in the corner of the room on the floor right behind the door. We killed it, because we didn't want it possibly biting our dog. I cleaned up the headboard because I thought that was the only problem (besides the spider). We left and then came back about 5 hours later after being at the beach and then getting food we saw multiple roaches in the bathroom. We killed 4 roaches in our one night stay.
The door to the room had a wide open spot at the bottom that any bug could crawl through.

I ended looking at a few rooms, all were disgusting, before deciding to demand a refund . the place was run-down and not taken care of, stray starving cats, shady types hanging on the balconies. and the 4 rooms I saw before requesting a refund were in disrepair. just gross!!!!
