Beautiful apartment in great location. The balcony view of the canal and bookshop was a real nice surprise. Had lovely breakfast and afternoon drinks there watching the world go by. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Great location. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not have the breakfast but walked about 30 feet from our apartment to a cafe for coffee and pastries. Very convenient.

The apartment is situated on a quiet street, close to all the restaurants and shops. We loved the gondola view and the spacious layout. We thoroughly enjoyed the place, though the bathrooms are a bit outdated.

Overall, a good stay
Overall, this is a lovely place to stay. The floors were dirty, leaving our feet/socks dirty. Just a heads up, the Venice limits on air conditioning made the apartment stuffy, but that is not the company's fault, just Venice's rules. The apartment is conveniently located, offering a lovely view of the canal, and is genuinely charming.

Great location to stay in Venice. Located between Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Piaza. Part of Hotel da Bruno, and we had a quant apartment around the corner on a side street on a canal. Great restaurants nearby that we felt very comfortable walking from back to the apartment after dark.

Our apartment had everything we needed. Simple things like more bench space in the bathrooms would have been helpful but location was great albeit very challenging to find. The instructions however, from the hotel staff were very comprehensive. Reception staff were always willing to assist. The site listing on Wotif is hard to understand as they are a hotel that also lets apartments. We had the perception that our apartment had water views. They weren’t - to be clear - but regardless we had a pleasant stay.

A family trip!
It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids.

This hotel is in a great location! It is clean but most importantly the people are very welcoming and friendly. I have limited mobility and made my way here from the airport with no assistance- the map/directions they gave me were perfect. I was staying at the apartment and they had me rest a bit-gave me a little juice and had a staff member drag my bags for me with a stop to get a few supplies. Just great. The apartment was sweet and quiet. You have to clear one bridge to get there- then 5 steps and another 9 steps to get in. Each bedroom also has 2 steps-just a FYI.

The entire island of Venice was accessible from our location. We walked over 10,000 steps each day as an adventure to see all the shops and tourist sites. Our hotel was easy walking distance for at least 20 different restaurants.
Entire house staff for this location were awesome. They were open for 24 hours to give directions and house clean.

We stayed at Bruno Homes as a family of five and had a truly wonderful experience. The location was central, making it easy to explore Venice on foot. The apartment itself was very comfortable, spacious enough for all of us, and well-equipped for a family stay.
One of the highlights was the gorgeous view of the canal—a classic Venetian scene right outside our window. It added so much charm to our stay. On top of that, the staff were incredibly prompt and responsive, always available when we had questions or needed assistance.
This place really exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. A real gem in Venice, especially for families looking for a relaxing and well-located base. Highly recommended!

Comfortable Apartment in the Heart of the City
We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and overall everything was very good.
The only minor downside was that there is a restaurant in the same building — the staff start preparing food early in the morning and finish late at night, which sometimes caused some noise. Also, there is no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in a large apartment that was a perfect base for exploring Venice. The staff at Hotel da Bruno (which manages the apartments) were very helpful with everything we asked them for, including booking water taxis that picked us up from just behind the hotel.
The location of our specific apartment was also perfect for stumbling on several amazing local artisans: Le Pietre di Venezia for lovely hand-painted cards, Arzanart Marbled Paper Studio for Venetian marbled paper and workshops to create it, and Artefact Mosaic Studio for gorgeous artistry in glass mosaics

Getting off the ferry, be sure to follow the directions carefully. Although the property isn’t far, if you’re unfamiliar with the area, carrying a lot of luggage, or it’s very hot, it can feel like a bit of a trek. We stayed in one of the units, which was spacious and very well-equipped.
To get there, you walk through a small alley that generally felt safe. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. We loved the location; it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do.
The unit itself was quiet, except for the early morning runner in the apartment above us who woke us up daily. We really appreciated the Airbnb-style accommodations combined with the convenience of a hotel reception.
