My husband and I spent 4 nights here in Dec 14. We had a fan room. The bedding and towels were clean, although there were a few cobwebs in the corners of the room. Bathroom was clean with power shower. The complimentary breakfast was good - you chose one option from different types of egg and bread, served with some banana and watermelon, and unlimited tea and coffee. It is a family run place - everyone was friendly but some spoke English better than others. It is about 20 minute walk from Pub St and the night market area of Siem Reap, but there are plenty of restaurants, shops, travel agents etc very nearby. There were some computers you could use in the reception area. They had bicycles to rent for a very reasonable price - we used them to cycle up to Angkor Wat. We found it quite noisy in the mornings - one morning a neighbour playing loud music, and the other mornings there was some loud chanting/ music being played over a loudspeaker nearby. We enjoyed our stay until the last 5 minutes when we were leaving - the minibus was waiting outside to take us to our next destination but the staff member tried to say that we had not paid for our room (we had paid in advance via Expedia) and tried to overcharge for the bicycles. Bit of a stressful end but, other than that, a pleasant enough stay.
