Things you should know
Recieved email thats stated fill out prearrival form sent to you. Non sent tried calling number on email, went to voice mail asked for them to return my call, tried 4 additional times to call in each time left message. Arrived and was told that only get one key fob for 3 people so difficult to come and go. Discovered blood on wall in king room. No cups to go with ice stoage, no coffee or condiments for coffee. They dont have hair drier. No front desk. First night when returning from town key fob wouldnt unlock door, my daughter called the number at desk they hung up on her they come and had hard time unlocking to with an attitude. I told the staff on duty i was disappointed in the wayvthings were going and she said do you want to check out. The is no daily room service which didnt affect us rather than having fresh towels. They have a shelf in lobby that has extra soap, toilet paper and shampoo but no coffee, towels and trash bags as stated in emailings. The person on duty seems to be responsible for several hotels. The beds did sleep good. Just feel like anyone staying based on a budget should know what your getting.

I was surprised to see how large my suite was, essentially a one bedroom apartment. The location was great and had everything I needed. It made my stay for Super Bowl better than expected!

The only negative thing about the room was that we had trouble with both TV's. Ms Brittany was helpful with the situation at first until it started again. Then a tech was sent. We decided to just leave them on until we left. Also there needs to be more lighting in the kitchen area. One more issue was the shower curtain isn't long enough. The water from the shower covered the floor in front of the toilet. We used towels to guard against the leakage of the water on the floor.

Had a great time. I did ask for a second blanket I was told they could not find one. I asked about coffee pods for the coffee machine. Those never came to light. I only saw 1 person at the desk. The day we arrived for Check-in. We had to ask for towels as there were never any on the self service rack. Not sure where the coffee and danishes were serviced at because never saw that but then again. I didn't ask either. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. A shower has 0 pressure. There are no cleaning supplies that I saw to do dishes with. We did not spend a whole lot of time in the room as we were out and about most often. The TV in the main room. I couldn't get off snow and when I asked for assistance. They did come and fix it, but the minute you turned it off and turned it back on. It went right back to snow, so we never watched it. I did go to the gas station next door to get coffee. Neighborhood is definitely sketchy, but the building is well-lit. The key fob makes it really easy to get in.

Localização ótima, atendimento horrível
A localização é excelente. Todo o resto é ruim. Ao chegarmos, não havia nenhuma sinalização ou recepção do hotel. Não tínhamos nenhum código de acesso. Disseram ter mandado por e-mail, mas não recebemos. Só conseguimos entrar porque outros hóspedes nos abriram a porta. Os mesmos hóspedes disseram estar lá a semana toda e não ter visto ninguém na recepção. No lobby havia uma papel com meu nome e uma chave. Havia itens de higiene para pegar. Não havia pratos ou copos no quarto. Precisei fazer contato com o hotel através de outra plataforma de locação, pois eles não respondiam aqui. Deixaram no lobby um prato de plástico e 4 copos descartáveis. De novo, só conseguimos pratos e copos com outros hóspedes que nos deram. Foi uma das piores experiências com hospedagem que já tive. Fiquei lá por 4 dias e só vi uma pessoa na recepção uma única vez. E houve um atentado terrorista na cidade, mesmo assim ninguém foi nos dar suporte.

Horrible staff
The staff is horrible with an attitude . They told me to go away when asked to do room cleaning . Property is surrounded by homeless people . Someone was getting arrested near their parking lot . They had their parking lot camera stolen and staff had no clue that I was unable to get in Parking lot because of that I never saw anyone in front desk to check in or check out The thermostat did not work and the night guy had no clue how to fix it The only good thing is that the rooms were clean and big spacious with working televisions Overall , Not worth the money

As there were no staff present upon arrival, It felt very unwelcoming. It didn’t feel like our business mattered. We were there 4 days and saw a staff person on two occasions. Once in a morning and another time when we had difficulty accessing the TV. The beds were comfortable however the living room had a couch and a broken chair. Although we had a coffee pot it was specifically for a hotel. There wasn’t anywhere to buy the packaging required to use this pot. When we asked for coffee, we were told it wasn’t provided. And there were no cups in the room. Really inadequate supplies. We had a frying pan but no stove. Overall, we were disappointed in the lack of service. It didn’t feel like this hotel was ready to have guests. The location was great. Easy access to transportation and or within walking distance to the French Quarters. I would think twice before staying here again.

There wasn’t an agent there to check in, keys and contract left at the front with a note. Only saw someone at the front desk once the entire trip. Was a struggle to get an extra wash towel as no one was around, we called but it was never sent up. Caught a lady from house keeping who was able to assist

Our stay at the French Quarter Suites Hotel was overall average for a first-time visit to New Orleans. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, providing a nice space to relax. However, the surrounding area was less appealing, with some parts looking a bit rundown. One important note: we didn’t have any physical interaction with the staff; everything was handled electronically. For those who prefer more traditional hospitality with in-person assistance, this might not be the ideal choice. This was our first time staying at this property. It is a convenient walk to pretty much everything in all directions. The office staff communicated clear check in and parking instructions. Parking was reasonable and instructions were also clear. The rooms were very nice! More than we expected! They went above and beyond for us during our stay.

Great location! Fully walkable to all New Orleans attractions. Rooms were comfortable and clean! Property seemed safe. Only some minor repairs needed on property (all exterior lights were out and the end of our rooms make it a little sketchy at night) but otherwise a nice property that we will be staying at again!

My husband booked this trip for my birthday months back. I was thinking these people is on top of their business because they were communication with me on the way into NOLA. We drove 6 hours to this hotel to fine out we didn't have a room. The room was out of order no air condition. The lady at the front desk tried to help find me something next door they were all full. She sweet a girl but recked of cannibas.So the person that was texting me was the property manager. She had know clue of what was going on in her own establisment. If she had known she wouldn't have given me that room and then wanted to give me some fans without any other compensation. They refunded us our money back but nothing for our inconvenience no food voucher or gift card nothing. The hotel is in a bad area, not walking distant to Canal St. nor Bourbon St. We called a hotel on Canal St. It was the Best Western St. Charles. Loved it.

Very nice property. It had a living room and two separate bedrooms, each with a tv. Refrigerator and coffeemaker were also provided. Bathroom was also spacious. Security was excellent as you need a PIN code to enter the property.
