Nothing worked rude staff upon checking in
This place was a joke. I had requested a first floor room one because i am traveling with my 3 year old grandson and2 my boyfriend has health issues that make any walking distance difficult. When i went to check in the night host said that there were no ground floor rooms that we would be on the 3rd floor. I told the host checking me in to be prepared for complaints, my grandson is a husky boy full of energy and the people below our room will definitely be making a complaint. My grandson sounds like a hears of Buffalo when he is running back and forth. Amazing all of a sudden a first floor unit became available. So from the start the host lied directly to my face. And get this , the room was for handicap people. 2. The bed frame and boxspring were not lined up, the bedframe was sticking out about 6 inches. I found out because i hit it with my shin. I now have a huge bruise on my leg. After that the remote to the tv did not work. I asked if someone in maintenance could take a look at it. That never happened, instead I was given another broken remote, we basically got 3 stations at best. And finish the stay off , the frige did not work. I was told by the hostess that the hotel is eco frindly, oh one last thing on the door when you rub the key card to open the door, that part kept falling off the door. So basically it was without a doubt the very worst place i ever stayed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
