Nothing like the hotels.com description
While it was clear the the management and staff did their best to try and make us happy, this hotel is simply nothing like the hotels.com description. We booked two executive suites for me and my family: there is nothing executive about the unusually decorated hotel rooms, and there are no suites that we saw in the entire hotel. Instead, the hotel has basic rooms with way-too-soft mattresses, awkwardly placed mini-fridges, and a desk chair with no desk. The room description included a safe and a kettle but we didn't have either in our room. The bathrooms were fine although our room had a shower curtain rod with no shower curtain. Hand towels and top sheets are apparently not standard, but the hotel staff did provide these upon our request. The breakfast was simple and fine, although staff can be found sleeping in the dining area during the day. We were deeply concerned about the amount of copies made of our U.S. passports, which leads us to believe that this hotel mostly caters to nationals rather than foreigners.

Our say was really nice we enjoyed the trip throrughly ... The hotel staff was very nice and polite .... There was a guy named sanjay who served us for 3 days .During our stay ..my 1 year old baby was not well for one day..suddenly one night he started doing loose motions ... the guy sanjay went till railway station to get diappers for my basby at 11 in the night ... The staff was really polite and nice .....

Very Nice Hotel for Stay in Amritsa
Hotel Pearn Inn and Suites is a very nice place to stay when you are travelling to chandigarh. Hotel Staff are well descipline, excellent rooms at budjet price. Close to key tourist places like Golden Temple, Jaliawala Bagh, Railway station and many other. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family..
