Wonderful stay
We spent two lovely nights at Beach House. The room was wonderful, bright, airy and with an amazing sea view. Nice selection of teas and coffees but no breakfast available. Would definitely recommend.

This property is great! Very clean, and well taken care of. The bed was amazing the the shower was great. It’s a cute room and had everything we needed. The property is across the street from the beach. The parking is great. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. Staff is helpful d friendly. Offering any extras we may need and a good choice of restaurants near by.

Beautiful location, bikes are a nice option and enjoyed riding to the shops and restaraunts. It would be nice to offer some sort of snack or muffin etc at breakfast or during the day at the Inn.

This Inn was lovely. Room was very comfortable with a view of the ocean. Nice linens and bathroom supplies. Accommodating and helpful staff. Carpet in our room had big stains on it which took away from the overall “look”’of the place but it didn’t feel dirty. Not really walking distance to the downtown area but the area was pretty and was a quick drive downtown

Lovely property. Quaint spaces. Room appointments very comfortable and appointed with higher end details. Coffee/tea offerings were disappointing to me — not a fan of “pods”. Inn grounds and public rooms very welcoming.

extremely well maintained property that pays attention to every detail. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and property is well situated for enjoying the beaches, bikes are provided free of charge. Staff was very accommodating and attentive. I would book here again

The Beach House Inn is tastefully decorated with coastal colors & neutrals in the common rooms & my queen room. Cynthia & Brian were very helpful when at the desk. Housekeeping ladies were friendly. They offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate & I think cider. A continental breakfast would be wonderful so as not to have to drive into town. The view is lovely at the inn. I enjoyed meeting a couple after a walk who were sitting around the fire pit. Kennebunkport is a busy place in September but worth the chore of finding parking. I recommend reserving a seat on the Trolley Tour.Of course walking the beach, sidewalk or riding a bike is a must. Bikes& all beach needs are provided free. I had a memorable time. Oh, the elevator’s interior is a beautiful period painted mural!
