Be aware of the townhouses!
The room we were given was atrocious and did not look like the photos on the site/app whatsoever. The descriptions did not represent the room in the slightest.
We stayed in a townhouse on “loft level” and which after checking in proved to be below ground and had 100% view of a concrete wall. We had almost zero natural
Light and had to have lights on at all times of the day. It was musty and depressing. Not at all how you want to feel in Mexico. After multiple calls and complaints with the front desk we were moved to a different unit days later but at a very hefty price that doubled the costs of the stay. The new unit was beautiful with a full ocean view but we paid an extremely high amount for it as we were desperate to have a nice stay. Overall for the price we paid in total for the stay it was not worth it at all. So over priced and the hotel made us feel guilty for wanting to change. Be very aware of the town houses!
