Friendly staff, easy to find if you ever need them and they assisted with every request without smile. Private villa with pool. Clean tidy. Located in the heart of Seminyak a grab taxi is a minute away and the party scene is outside your front door.

We had an amazing stay at Yubi Villas. All teh staff were very attentive and caring. Everything was taken care of very promptly. Breakfast was served on time and rooms cleaned everyday. The location is also perfect with a few minutes walk to beached and amazing dining experiences. We 100% recommend Yubi and plan to be back in future too.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Yubi Villas! As a solo traveler, location, privacy and security were important to me. Yubi is positioned on the same street as the W Hotel and Potato Head driveways - one either side of the Villa - super central in Seminyak. I found a great grocery store within an easy 10 min walk, as well as lots of standard and high end massage spots, excellent dining options and easy enough access to the beach. The team were so friendly - you had to walk through reception to get to my villa, and I was always welcomed by the 24h staff. Breakfast in the villa was delicious, and they always had lots of bottled water in the villa for me. The villa itself was huge and had everything I needed - it is a tiny bit run down, but so very comfortable. Would recommend.

Rooms are not clean.. they had done an initial clean before we arrived but after that they just came to refill bathroom supplies. Take your own towels because the towels provided were old, unclean/ unhygienic with holes in them. Pool is not maintained well. Fridge had mould and rust growing on it. The plates and cups had food marks, coffee cups had dried stains. We won’t be returning to this accommodation.
