Staff was friendly and always helped. Room was small (this is part of Europe by the way) but had what we needed. The breakfast was amazing. Huge variety and plenty of excellent choices. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and main attractions. Highly recommend. We were lucky enough to snag one of the free parking spaces they provided.

Breakfast area is very congested. Some biscuits, small plate and a glass would be a good addition to small tea and coffee area in the room. Reception staff were very nice and helpfull. I like the free computer access and printing document facility at the reception area.

Very limited parking - good luck if you have a rental car. The room is smaller than most. If you want faster access to walkable & convenient tourist attractions, stay 10 blocks further west. Staff was polite & hotel was very clean, just not in the location we would have found more conducive to walking. There is practically no "free parking" in downtown Reykjavik

The rooms are too small with too little areas to store anything. The bathroom sink is tiny. There is no tissue anywhere in the room. The mirror is too high. Only has a power outlet on one side of the bed. All in all, quite disappointing except for the staff which is exceptional.

Incredible service & easy location for travel.
We stayed at the Storm 3 different nights during our Iceland & Greenland vacation. The location is very easy for day trips as one of the bus stops is right in front. A great food hall & Laugevagur shopping street is within a few blocks. The front desk staff was so patient & helpful with any requests & the breakfast was really lovely. Fourth floor has better views & window that opens.

The rooms are ridiculously small, no AC or fan to move the air around. Breakfast was ok. Shower water pressure is poor. Towels are threadbare, and minimal number, no closet, no drawer space, especially if you're there for more than 2 days.
